This is long one, folks - buckle up! It was a privilege and an honor that Jake wanted to join the podcast. We both had extremely weird childhoods no matter which way you spin it. Oh, and important fact - he is my brother!  We discuss IBS, the weird surgery he had in his high school years, and how he is showing up now. I am in awe of people that find their comfort speaking out loud. Everything looks easy when we aren't the person living with the abnormality, right? This is a fun episode and a brief peek into my childhood and some other things I may discuss here.  We are doing our part to show up - hope you join us!
