The Crown Jewel Of The Blue Ridge
In this episode I'm going to tell you about The Linville Gorge. The Gorge has several nicknames including "The Grand Canyon Of The East," and "The Crown Jewel Of The Blue Ridge." The Gorge isn't just a beautiful canyon. It contains Linville Falls, Wiseman's View, and Daffodil Flats. It also comes with a really interesting backstory that spans a billion years and includes The Cherokee and John D. Rockerfeller Jr.
