Today, our featured guest has spent 10 years working and thriving in the field of Art education. After winning the 2016 Maryland Art Education Association Elementary Teacher of the Year Award for the state's highest performing county, she started thinking about how to keep achieving more as a young, hungry, and passionate artist and educator.
She decided to quit her job in art education to pursue her own illustration/art workshop business. The leap into this new career pursuit came around the same time her mother was dying of multiple Myeloma.
At the most crippling moment of her life and feeling more lost than ever, she was able to use her creative outlet in illustration to build a thriving business in freelance illustration and muraling. The love of art education led her to facilitating professional development workshops for the Maryland State Department of Education as one of the youngest Roster Artists ever hired while working as an Educational Director of an art education non-profit called Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center.
She is a young creative leader, and she believes it is time for young professionals to view themselves as the same to make positive changes in our world. She also designed a coloring book, House of Curiosity, that incorporates unusual juxtapositions of architecture, wildlife, and nature. The coloring book is meant to heighten curiosity through subject distortion and playful imagery.

Today, our featured guest a 54-year-old bodybuilder, personal trainer, and fitness influencer.
She worked 20 years on the floor before moving her coaching business online. She has worked with all age groups of people, but today she focuses on people over 40, inspiring them to be strong, healthy, and confident.
She teaches weight training and boxing, as well as proper nutrition for a healthy, strong body.
Her mother was the female exercise coach in Bolivia in the 1970s. She gave Jane Fonda-style classes. Her classes soon became incredibly famous, and she expanded her business with franchises all over South America.
Her mother was one of her fitness instructors as of age 16. In the early '80s, her mother suffered an aneurysm which left her handicapped for life.
After her mother's illness, she went into a very dark stage of her life. A male friend offered to take her to a weightlifting gym to cheer her up, and she loved it!
She became a lifter at a time and place where women did not step into an iron gym at all. Bolivia was still a very male-dominated environment in the mid-'80s. She was the only woman in her gym for a decade and got cruelly criticized for pursuing her passion.
Thirty years later, she is a highly renowned coach and athlete with an outstanding physique and mental determination. She never gave up.

Today, our featured guest is an inspirational speaker and coach whose achievements in business and adventure have inspired 1000s of leaders worldwide to step out of their comfort zone and achieve extraordinary results.
She encourages people not just to dream. But to take action.
Her story is unusual and inspiring. Her thirst for adventure began at 22 years old when she joined a three-month expedition to Northern Kenya. Among a group of young people worldwide, she climbed Matthews Peak (1860m), trekked with camels, and carried out community projects. Having realized she was capable of more than she imagined possible, she spotted an advert in the newspaper in 1996 stating, “Wanted – 10 novice arctic explorers”. She sent off for details, and the brochure arrived showing all photos of male explorers with the caption “Are you brave enough for the Ultimate Challenge?”
This made her determined to win a place in the team. She was eventually selected from over 500 applicants to join the expedition. A 30-day journey in one of the most extreme environments in the world, she went on to become the first British woman to ski to the Magnetic North Pole. She then followed up this success with expeditions to Chile, Antarctica, Geographical North Pole, and Greenland, and in 2005 was recognized as a Pioneer to the Nation by HM the Queen.
She has also been an accomplished athlete, having represented Scotland in athletics where she learned about the importance of determination, focus, and never giving up. When she finished runner-up in Channel 4’s Superhuman, this was put to the test, undergoing some of the most challenging scientific challenges ever seen on TV.
In business, she has also had her fair share of excitement, as her career included a period with the United Nations in a war zone. As an executive coach and leadership consultant, she has worked with over 300 organizations and 15,000 leaders, including C-suite leaders in FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies, leaders in Olympic sports, and non-profit organizations worldwide leading business schools on motivation, risk, and leadership.
She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and MSc in Quality Management and is an author, having written seven books, including Secrets of Successful Women Entrepreneurs, Risk, The Personality Workbook, and Cope with Change at Work.

Today, our featured guest is a spiritual activist known as The Hungry Medium. She uses her mediumship to help others find direction, clarity, and focus on their lives. Her goal is to inspire folks to shift their mindset and seek their true spiritual path.
She is also the founder of The Canna Curious Club, whose mission is rooted in demystifying, de-stigmatizing, and normalizing the gloriousness of cannabis.
The Hungry Medium’s practice is rooted in an African spiritual tradition for which she is grateful. Without this tradition, she would not be where she is right now.
At a young age, she also connected with spirit on a different plane than others. A plane that did not manifest in huge and unique ways until she was much older and drawn to the African spiritual tradition of her ancestors as her foundation for worship.
As a spiritualist and priest in the Yoruba Lukumi tradition, she eventually found her path to alignment with Source and everything that comes with that: a greater desire to help others on their journey as she travels independently.
Now, as The Hungry Medium, her goal is sincere; to inspire folks to make a shift. Whether it’s lowering or eliminating the consumption of animal products to fight disease or feeling “lighter” in our everyday lives, she hopes to impart techniques she uses to move in this world with intention and prayer.
She also has a professional career spanning over thirty years and within every niche area in marketing, most notably and namely as a subject matter expert in digital marketing and demand-gen strategies.

Our special guest today has spent her entire corporate career as a business leader in fashion retail working for some of the top specialty fashion brands in the retail world. She has a track record of delivering exceptional sales results through People Development and Team Building, leaving a legacy of talent in her wake.
Her coaching role presented itself when she became the casualty of a retail bankruptcy and had to decide whether staying in retail or leaving. Everyone’s journey through the world of fertility looks different, but we can all agree on one thing: attempting to conceive is not always as fun as it sounds. While you are jumping hurdle after hurdle of blood tests and invasive ultrasounds, it stings to see your friends’ breeze past you with their easy pregnancies. If there are doulas to help coach women through the labor process, why can’t anyone coach you through infertility?
Today we have two special guests, one is a wife, stepmom, dog mom, and a newbie to the writing world who aspires to change the world of infertility. A certified medical assistant for fifteen years, she is currently a volunteer for Mentor North, a community-based mentoring organization. She lives in Duluth, Minnesota, with her husband, stepdaughter and their three dogs.
The other one is an advocate for women and infertility, a coffee lover, a sucker for a good British series, a wearer of comfy clothes, and someone you can lean on for anything. She is also an auntie to many she loves with her whole heart. She has a BBA from Mesa State College, MBA in IT Leadership and MAM in Change Leadership from the College of Saint Scholastica. She lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota with her husband, and two Shih Tzus.
They wrote the book: The Infertility Doula. Their infertility struggles have spanned years and the entire continent of North America, and they are here to share the friendly advice they have collected in their experiences.
In their book you will find stories from people that are struggling down the path of fertility. This book will help to find strength to anybody that is fighting to conceive.

Our special guest today is the CEO of Accelity, a Milwaukee-based agency that helps software-as-a-service (SaaS) start-ups get to revenue and grow faster, and a co-founder of Women’s Entrepreneurship Week.
She is highly active on LinkedIn; she sparks discussions about the daily life and challenges of growing a bootstrapped company. She mentors student start-ups via The Commons, an initiative of The Greater Milwaukee Committee, a non-profit civic organization dedicated to making the region the best place to live, learn, work, play and stay. She is also a co-organizer of Start-up Milwaukee EMERGE, and an advisor with Golden Angel Investors. In addition to her professional involvement, she is an adoptive, foster mom, and future pilot.
She started her entrepreneurial journey with cookies, a vegan cookie company. She turned four cookie recipes into a business—designing packaging, finding a kitchen, and making the cookies, eventually outsourcing production, then selling and establishing distribution to 12 grocery stores around Wisconsin.
As a 24-year-old MBA, she did not picture herself hoisting up tents at farmers markets to hand out $5 bags of cookies or being the demo lady at the grocery store, but there she was. She still had a full-time job (running the marketing department at a SaaS company) and a baby.
She is so grateful for that experience because the money she made helped her start Accelity. What began as a one-woman consultancy blossomed into a kick-ass team of 17 and counting with a brand-spankin'-new office and a group of amazing, loyal clients all over the US.
LinkedIn has been a HUGE contributor to their growth over the past year. She got talked into publishing videos about her entrepreneurial experiences in mid-2018 and has steadily grown an audience to more than 70,000 followers, earning more than one million video views.
Outside of her professional life, she was a foster parent for two years and adopted one of her beautiful children from foster care in Milwaukee.
Her hobbies include working toward my pilot’s license, barre classes, exploring downtown Milwaukee, and playing many Star Wars Trouble with her kids.

Our special guest today grew up in a small town in Southern CA with humble beginnings.
After graduating high school, she decided to join the Navy. Her first duty station was NAS Whidbey Island, WA, where she met and then married her husband. As a Veteran herself, she supported, understood, and encouraged her husband's 20-year career. While building her career, they did five deployments; they are thankful that he retired four years ago.
She currently works as a Loan officer; throughout her career, she has made her mission to streamline the loan process and ensure a unique and personal experience for every client. She specializes in VA loans, being a veteran herself, and in Construction loans, where she gets to help clients build their dream home. She is a great communicator who is committed to actualizing her clients' goals, no matter how complicated.
She started as a bank teller in 2005, served in various roles in banking from audit/compliance to Merchant Services to Asst. Manager, Branch Manager and finally landing as a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2016.
She has a passion for financial fitness, and she is so thankful to the many mentors she has had that ultimately developed her career path to where it is today. She has been employed since she was 14, with a workers' permit. She has worked for 21 companies in her life and has never been fired, never given less than a two-week notice, and can check eligible for re-hire with every company.
As a Rotarian, she is proud to serve her community when called into action, and she is a Paul Harris Fellow.
In 2014 she co-founded a non-profit scholarship program for young women in her community, and in four years of producing the program, they delivered over $42,000 to local high school girls. Sadly, this program ended with her relocation to Oregon, but it is in the highlight reel.
Giving back to her community and especially young women, is something that she has always felt called to do.
When she is not fulfilling her duties as Mortgage Loan Officer, she enjoys camping with her family, including three rambunctious boys and a malamute named Pepper. She is also an avid runner & baker.

Our special guest today is born and raised in the Greater Seattle area. She went to the University of Washington with a degree in Business. She did the "try somewhere new" after college and went to San Diego. After a year of being in a corporate job she hated, she said it's time to do what I've wanted to do since a kid and got her real estate license.
For most of her childhood, her mother was a single mom, and not only that, she was an immigrant from Moscow, Russia.
She saw her struggle, she saw her work hard, and she told herself she would never rely on anyone else or let her down.
As the only child of a single mother, she moved around a lot. Though moving gave her some fantastic opportunities—and a keen understanding of Seattle and the Eastside—she also sometimes felt that she missed out on the experience of having a true sense of Home. Whether buying for the first time or moving for the umpteenth time, she serves as a guide and partner to find that true Home and help her clients move into the next phase of their real estate journey.
Real estate is significant to her and speaks her drive to work with clients to find a place to call home.
Now, she not only has a passion for finding people their Home but being a helpful and trustworthy advisor to make their lives happier & easier. Her clients turn to friends.
When not in the office, she can be found walking the Kirkland streets with her French Bulldog Fonzi; keeping active through yoga, snowboarding, and ice skating; or trying out the latest local restaurant to pop up. She is an active member of the community through her involvement with the Junior League of Seattle, a collective of women committed to volunteerism and effective action and leadership in their communities.

Today, our special guest is a certified health and life coach that guides people to fall in love with who they are. Her coaching style is based on her life experience, trial, and error. She guides natural-born givers on how to focus energy on themselves to achieve happiness.
At first, she was a healthy athlete and living a luxurious dream. When the glitz and glam wore off, though, she found herself falling deeper and deeper into a rabbit hole as both her physical and mental health started to deteriorate.
She was the heaviest she had ever been in her life; she was eating anything with no physical exercise to counteract it. As a ‘giver’, she focused all her energy on other people along the way, forgetting to care for herself, and one day it hit her like a ton of bricks: she had hit rock bottom.
She knew she needed to change her life around, but she did not know how. She quit her corporate job and returned to the US (Home) to work on herself. She too sought professional help; she started to eat clean and feel clean. And from there on, it was a snowball effect of positive change. She shed the weight, she changed her bad habits, she trained her mind to perceive things differently and was finally able to see her life in a positive and healthy way.

Bibinaz & Gregory discuss how to reset; your life doesn't have to remain on the same trajectory that it is today. Long we've overextended ourselves, and it's time to take whatever steps are necessary to start fresh.
We've all been stuck in a rut before. Whether it's because we lack motivation, are stressed out and tired, or are bored of the same old routine day in and day out, getting stuck is an inevitable part of life. Sometimes we fall off the bandwagon and begin to feel a little discontent with the way things are going.
Maybe you've hit a wall on a project, or perhaps you haven't been eating well, and now you feel sluggish all the time. Or maybe you've fallen into the comparison trap, and you're wondering why your life isn't as interesting as someone else's.
PSA: It's okay to feel discontent. Truly it is. No one is ever going to feel content with their life 100% of the time.
Our special guest today is an Interior Designer that after a personal experience, became an Anxiety Coach.
Her journey started when on the outside; she had it all and lived her best life and living in places like London, Italy, and Vancouver and working as an Interior Designer for some of the most luxurious brands in the world. But, on the inside, she was battling an extreme phobia known as hypochondria/carcinophobia.
She visited many therapists/coaches around the world. Wherever she moved, she had a coach or therapist. She would join seminars, self-help courses, and anything that she could get her hands on to remove the blockage that stopped her from moving forward and living her life. She read one book after another, hoping to get one step closer to peace.
After eight years of hard work and never giving up on herself, she can say that she has healed. She overcomes her fear or blockage. Now she helps other professionals to end anxiety permanently.

Our special guest today is Adriana Bucci, she is a life coach based in Toronto, Canada. She empowers her clients worldwide to heal from narcissistic abuse, emotional and mental abuse, toxic family dynamics, and the emotional, mental, and physical pain that comes along with it.
Adriana has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental and Health Studies, a Mindbody Fitness Coach certificate, and a Professional Life Coach certificate. She has been coaching since 2019 after undergoing her darkest night of the soul and transformation after a lifetime of narcissistic abuse and 4-year struggle with chronic pain.
She has been there in her life and decided to use her experience to help as many people recover. She honestly believes that no matter how much emotional abuse you have been through, no matter how much physical chronic pain you are in, no matter how brainwashed you may have been as a child, you have the power to heal and transform from all those wounds.
After four years of chronic physical pain (a manifestation of my repressed emotions from childhood), she learned that healing was possible.
Her journey with chronic pain and decades of emotional/mental confusion because of narcissistic personalities in her life led her to discover her true passion for helping others.
For most of her life believed something was wrong with her mentally, emotionally, physically, as a person in general, in her personality. She felt "different." She never truly related to most of the people in her life.
As a child, she battled feelings of inadequacy from as early on as she can remember. She had a very unconventional and toxic family dynamic. Her dynamic up and down relationship with her mother began utterly alienated from her father and believing he was a complete monster for most of her life.
That "life sucks" mentality carried on into her adulthood - until she made a life-changing discovery early on in 2014, which she had no idea at the time, would completely change the course of her life. She gained notoriety on Instagram to conquer those lifelong struggles and finally healthily reach her goal weight. It led to competing in NPC Bikini competitions where she has won multiple trophies in her division and becoming a professional, working actor. She most recently portrayed country music legend Dottie West alongside some of her long-time idols in the Lifetime original biopic Patsy and Loretta. Kelly and Gregory explore how he was born and raised in one of Chicago’s poorest and most violent neighborhoods. His family moved from there into a public housing apartment, a.k.a. the projects. He mentions where he grew up because there seems to be some mystification with people who “made it out” of the ghetto. He has spent most of his life working in finance in one form or another. In 2005 while working in accounting, he started attending DePaul University, majoring in business and marketing. Every subject spoke to him; it was like all the abstract ideas, and one-off methods he has learned working in accounting and sales had finally given solid form, and now he was able to use them at will.
He immediately went to work for himself as a business coach. He would canvass the neighborhood shops and restaurants around the places he had grown up and ask questions about how they ran their businesses in exchange for marketing and business advice; this is where he learned one of the most important lessons about entrepreneurs.
Most of them had no genuine business understanding, and they were good at cooking to open a restaurant. They were good at fixing cars, so that they would open an auto body shop. Most had no marketing plan or expertise. No business plans. No financial plan. They were going what they knew and making just enough to avoid closing and would help in any way he could, mostly in Planning. It eventually moved him into assisting other people to start businesses.
Then a few years later, Ernst and Young. It was the same thing he had seen with the start-up businesses. Many of them were miserable; they had chased their dream down. They were supposed to be happy; but none of them were.
It led him to dig deeper. He wanted to know why these people were getting the things they asked for but were not fulfilled. The answers came when he went back to school for psychology. It opened a whole new world of understanding about people and their motivations. It turned out to be the case that the unhappy people were unhappy because they had not tapped into their root “why.” They had no idea what they wanted. They were too busy listening to outside sources and chasing money to know what was driving them. And that is what I do now with B.E. Consulting. I help people get to their root “why” so we can discover what will truly bring them joy and fulfillment.

Dr. Olivia J. Cook and Gregory discuss how nowadays, you will likely hear the following words uttered at least once by everyone in the room.
D & I = Diversity and Inclusion. This phrase gets tossed around so much that it has almost lost its meaning. But when we talk about D&I, we're talking about people who feel marginalized and excluded daily.
It's also often confused with the idea of belonging, which is something else entirely. Diversity is like being invited to a party, inclusion is being asked to dance, and belonging is dancing like no one's watching." In other words, it's not enough to have more seats at the table for marginalized folks if they don't feel safe or believe they need to act like someone they're not to fit in.
I'm sure we can all agree that there is a need for a sense of belonging in the workplace & society. But let's dig a little deeper into why this is so important, what makes people feel like they belong, and how we as a whole can do better and be better. "By acting compassionately, by helping to restore justice and to encourage peace, we are acknowledging that we are all part of one another" - Rahm Dass.
