Ep. 8- What walking taught me
After that walk. I played it back and decide to reflect again. Here's what we learned:
- resting is something I need to make normal
- creating is a form of coping
- cooking is soothing and healing
- I am determined to have my own space again
Ep. 7- March reflexun: Remember when this started?
Back in March we were a bit more hopeful. I decided to take stock of how I was feeling on this walk. It was a beautiful day. Just a small reminder to never take what we have for granted, including the small victories of simply getting out of bed in the morning.
Ep. 6- Free Lunch and Take Up Space have coffee

Ep. 5- I’M A CLOWN ! behind the scenes of The Supers
THE SUPERS
A Science-Fiction Human Cartoon - February 19 - 29
Directed by Colin Johnson
From the imagination of Sara Moore (Show Ho, Atomic Clown, Wunderworld) comes her latest groundbreaking creation, a “human cartoon opera” about the extraordinary power of everyday heroes. The Supers tells the story of cosmic refugees, fleeing across galaxies to the hopeful safety of our Earth. Once here, though, they find themselves confronted by a multitude of authoritarian forces. Eventually, they discover an astonishing secret – one that holds the key to healing a broken universe.
For many years, Moore has been a pioneer in redefining American clowning as a storytelling force for a new era, and The Supers is their most ambitious production to date. The story is told entirely in pantomime, with a lush symphonic score by celebrated Bay Area composer Rob Reich (Circus Bella All-Star Band), directed by rising star Colin Johnson (Awesome Theatre).
