6 Major Areas of RISK to avoid in International Trade.
1. Identify Your Risks
Use the CASTLE Strategy to minimise your RISK in International Trade
The Powerful acronym – CASTLE C-A-S-T-L-E:

3. Mitigate your Risk by Putting the Control Measures into action
2 - NEGOTIATION.
Negotiation is a Key Foundation for successful Importing & Exporting
1. Research in preparation for your Negotiation
2. Plan your strategies before negotiation
3. Implement your negotiation
3 – SYSTEMS

3. Establish your own SYSTEMs and a TEAM to implement them.
Importing and exporting is dealing with countries overseas and trading with businesses in those countries. And so in this podcast, in its ongoing nature and the way it’s structured, its a bit like a jigsaw puzzle.
A jigsaw puzzle is an excellent analogy or a metaphor for the process of import, export and international trade.
Imagine we are sitting at the kitchen table together and on the table is a 100 piece puzzle that has been haphazardly tipped out on the table.
What else do we need to be able to construct the puzzle and complete it? The box. And the picture on the box.
The big picture, as it were, of what it will look like when the jigsaw is completed.
That’s what we’re doing right now on the podcast.
And what I am doing for you, in this and following episodes, I’m painting the big picture of import export, international trade and transport.
And I am describing the pieces of the puzzle for you - to be able to put the different pieces of the import export puzzle together.
Episode 2 Import Export The Good The Bad and the Ugly of Import Export – Reality Check
I explain why, I my opinion, right now is the best time in history to be involved in international trade, importing exporting and global trading.
The BAD and The UGLY
I then counter that and describe why more than 80% who dive into Import Export will fail within 5 years.
In also share what maybe one of the most significant opportunities, right now, for small business importers and exporters for the marketing, sales and distribution of your products worldwide.
And it is summarized in three words.
What are those words?
You will have to listen to the podcast to find out.
But here is a clue:
I’ll give you the first letter of each of the three words:
If your thinking about Importing Exporting or the Global Trading of commodities goods and products, do yourself a favor and have a listen.
