Tonight we sat down the Tom Reisenweber from Erie Daily Times, Dan Teleski from Gannon University, and Isaac Petkac from Erie News Now and we discussed Media and how it can help high schools improve their attendance in both the stands and in participation in sports. Coach Brian Borkovich (Maplewood), Wayne Bradford (General McLane, Edinboro University & Cathedral Prep), and Jeff Root (Mercyhurst Prep) joined us today to discuss how football has changed in the past 20 years. This is the first of a two part segment about High School Football in District 10. 

Band Director Jacob Malec joins us tonight to talk about the upcoming summer and fall.

Isaac and Mark sit down with head coach Hannah Cox and softball players Bailey Cannon, Sarah Banta, and Sheala Kineston and talk softball. The new softball field will be in use soon! These girls are ready to play!

Coach McCormick talks about the interview process and how he was ready to become new football and track coach at General McLane. Juniors Holly Shreve and Kyle Birkmire also joined us to discuss what it takes to be the best in district 10.

Bruce and Trisha Yates join us with a few of their performers to discuss Broadway Dinner on April 1, 2, & 3. We were very blessed to have them on to share their talents with Lancers Media. Myles, Kiersten, Cassidy, and Dakota explain all the hard work they do each day to prepare for the big show.

Isaac and Mark discuss postseason play for both GM Girls Basketball and Wrestling, then we turn our attention to talk to GM Swimming coach Ali Petkac, GM junior swimmer Catrina Smith,  and senior Danny Damore. It is a very busy week for GM athletics! Good luck to the GM swim team as they compete in the District 10 Swim Meet at Spires Institute this weekend and good luck to the 11 wrestlers heading to Altoona for the PIAA AAA NW Regional Tournament.

General McLane Basketball is getting ready for the District 10 Championship this Thursday night at Mercyhurst University at 7:30 PM against Cathedral Prep. Listen to Coach Schulz and Senior Danny Bruce as they discuss GM Basketball and how they are prepared for this game!
