This week we are in full acceptance and radical gratitude, aggressively and radically claiming gratitude to the universe and reaping the rewards from the positive vibes flowing from within us! It sounds a little woo-woo but when you're thankful for everything, even when you feel like there's not much to be thankful for, there is still running water and inside toilets! Amen!
Also make sure you catch my wonderful dear friend and mentor, Constance Arnold's Think, Believe, and Manifest Talk Show too!
Today, I'm opening up about our challenges as a family with mental health to show you, most importantly, that you're not alone. Parents, caregivers of those facing challenges, it's hard. You're doing a great job. Visit my website, www.christieo.com for links to groups and resources you can use if you or someone you know is having a hard time. There are resources from support groups to Facebook groups, to therapies, and even counseling. YOU'RE NOT ALONE.
HOLY &%($^%^%^%^^ What on earth is going on here!? We're diving into a dumpster fire, my friends, together, and asking for the greatest outcome possible. Have a wonderful week, my dear friends! Let's be each others' parachutes.

In this episode of The Laugh Through The Tears Podcast, we're praying over stress-eating before elastic pants become a thing, and the "e-learning 15" that's about to happen. Also, channeling our inner Frank Costanza and sending you serenity now!
Have a great week!
ps. I'd love it if you screenshot this episode and tag me on instagram, and tell me what you're laughing through the tears about this week! #laughthroughthetears
We're laughing, we're crying, it's better than Cats!
Today's prayer is a look back at 2020 so far, reflecting on the fact that it's ONLY SEPTEMBER, and yet, the year flew by, didn't it?!

As we navigate through this whole school in the time of COVID thing, thoughts and prayers to all of us, and the teachers, and the administrators, and also a special shout out to Cardi B for opening up fabulous new topics of conversation between me and my 12-year-old son. I really enjoyed that! #LaughThroughTheTears #LaughThroughTheTearsPodcast

In episode one of The Laugh Through The Tears Podcast, we talk quickly about why and how this podcast was born then dive into our prayer of radical gratitude. Here, we try to laugh through the tears. There is no struggle too big or small and there is no lack of humor within it all. Our prayers are short and sweet (in future episodes 5 minutes or less!) so you can move about the cabin of your day with as little turbulance as possible. Take care!
Have a wonderful day!
Meet me over here afterward:
