Now famous for its super smoothie bowls and coffee, Alainn has become an institution in Galway over the last year and a half, and today I hear all about how it came to be.
Gerard followed his gut and went all in to create the business he dreamed of. Alainn is going from strength to strength and it is clear that with his passion and drive, this is only the beginning for Gerard and the Alainn team.
