034: Balance is a Bunch of BS
Let's be real: We know you've seen hashtags or posts on your social media about living a #balanced life...and we think that's BS.  In this episode, you're going to learn why we actually think it's healthier to be UNBALANCED during different times and seasons of your life. Instead of trying to keep everything even, you need to get real with yourself about what you want to really go for, then you need to prioritize and make it happen. We're giving you some action steps to do just that, and we can't wait to hear about how you're going ALL IN!

033: How to be Fit AND Social
Do you have a hard time trying to "balance" your fitness and nutrition with your social life? That's a question we hear pretty often, so we figured since it's July 5th and you're most likely hungover and still dreaming of beer and fireworks, we'd talk about how we manage to stay fit WHILE being social. We used to beat ourselves up mentally when we'd let loose, because we didn't have a solid system in place to get back on track. We relied on ibuprofen and McDonalds, which really only made us feel worse. Now that we have it figured out, we decided it was time to share it with you!

032: Vanity Sizing Sucks
We've had some serious mental struggles around vanity sizing lately... Picture this: You're actually feeling confident in your own skin, so you decide to go shopping or order an outfit online. BUT when you try it on, your confidence disappears almost immediately because the size you *THINK* should fit you doesn't even come close. We're sure you know that feeling, because we're dealing with it all the time too.  We share our thoughts on that during this episode, then we go off on a pretty awesome tangent about being healthy in general vs. worrying about the size of your pants.

030: The Power of Vulnerability
Being vulnerable can be a really tough thing to do, but sometimes can lead to the greatest personal growth. Putting your fears on the line and allowing yourself to be vulnerable can open up a whole different side of you that you didn't realize was there. Keeping a positive mindset about the areas of your life you'd like to focus on can lead to greatness. Stop letting the opinions of others control the success you have in life. Be vulnerable, put fear aside, and step into the real you.  We're so excited to share these thoughts and more with our special guest, Kiera Walls.  Find Lauren on Instagram HERE Find Jenna on Instagram HERE Find Kiera on Instagram HERE Find Jim Quick on Instagram HERE Follow Kiera's blog HERE

In this episode, we take you through our own personal morning routines, and we share how (and why) we start every day the same way. Believe us when we say we haven't always been this way...it took a LOT of discipline to stay consistent, but the benefits far outweigh the struggle of getting up early. As we take you through our mornings, we're going to challenge you to start thinking about developing your own routine.  For all of our perfectionists: START SMALL! Give yourself some grace.
