Today we will be talking to Christina, and hearing about her postpartum journey. PPD/PPA is a serious condition for many Mamas. Many women feel ashamed or “less than” for having some of these emotions and thoughts. Christina not only found a way to help herself recover and heal, but she is also educating and helping others as a teletherapist, and with the information she shares on her site. It gives me great pleasure and honor in introducing this Warrior Mama, Christina!

Meet Nicole from The Warrior Mama Series, an entrepreneur, Mother, and wife who faces one of life's most difficult challenges. Her family business crashed, and she had to hold together her family and rebuild from scratch.
One of the biggest lessons I am learning, is you simply can’t plan for everything. Sometimes things just happen, and you have to adjust and adopt. These “things” that happen may be hard. Really, really, hard. However, how you react in those moments, and your actions that immediately follow will determine your future. As difficult as it may seem in those moments, we have the ability to shape that future. What do we want it to look like? How do we want to build during the most difficult times? Your ability to grow in difficult times, is a direct correlation to your strength and power.

When I first heard from Tiffany, I was immediately drawn to her story. Every single day she wakes up, she has no choice but to be a warrior. A Mom of soon to be three, is exhausting for any Mama. Tiffany however, has been battling with Crohn’s for over 10 years. As a Mom with Crohn’s, she has been faced with challenges most people wouldn’t see in their entire lifetime. She however, chooses to be thankful, positive, and powerful.

I breastfed for 1 year, and honestly I had no idea what to expect going into it. What if I told you that once you commit to breastfeeding, it will be one of the best decisions you can make! I am so excited to share with you what I learned, and the benefits I experienced.
In Episode 3 of Live your Warrior Mama Life, we will discuss all the benefits of extended breastfeeding. If you are just starting out, or an expecting Mama I want to share with you my breastfeeding journey. I found 6 main benefits of breastfeeding, but there are some other major reasons why I stuck with it.
Why is it that we place so much fear in labor and birth? After all, women have been giving birth since the beginning of time. Shouldn’t our bodies know how to deliver a baby without any intervention? Aren’t our bodies made to handle labor pain? Why is it virtually unheard of to hear a positive birth story among our friends?
Join me in episode 2 of "Live Your Warrior Mama Life", where we will analyze the scary stigma most women have with childbirth. I want to crush that stigma! Birth doesn’t have to be such a scary thing. In fact it can be amazing and beautiful. I want to take you through my journey, to give you a new perspective.
Ad tech sales executive, turned stay at home mom, turned blogger? My journey has been a whirlwind, but every difficult situation has presented new opportunities. I am so excited to be introducing this series, and what better way than to tell you a little bit about my journey.
