Before founding her now company she found herself working for the famous Chicago Aliena restaurant group after watching a Food Network episode and sending the CEO a cold email.

Emily is an example of the fact that you do not have to stick to the major or career path you choose in college. She shows us that it is okay to change your mind and follow your passion and that you can even find a creative way to merge your passion with your career.
