Originally focused on international corporate M&A deals, he now advises both domestic and international clients on their public-private partnership projects in the US and specializes in the structuring and financing of large solar renewable energy transactions in the North East region.

Shane Dizon is currently the associate professor and director of the Academic Success Program at Brooklyn Law School where he teaches, presents, and researches primarily in the areas of academic support. Additionally, Professor Dizon is an established author in the field of immigration law, particularly matters of employment-based and family-based immigration and was one of the earliest scholars on the Child Status Protection Act. Shane joins Marisa Turner to share his industry insights, journey into Immigration Law, and career highlights having worked in Immigration Law for over 20 years.
