Talib Kweli and DJ Hi-Tek's "Train of Thought" album, released in October of 2000 on Rawkis Records, and was a work that helped define the conscious rap movement of the early 2000s. The album was known for its hard-hitting beats and socially conscious lyrics that tackled issues such as racial inequality, poverty, and the challenges of growing up in America's inner cities. At a time when much of rap music was focused on materialism and violence, "Train of Thought" offered a more nuanced and introspective perspective on the genre. “Train Of Thought” https://album.link/us/i/1440497737 Twitter: @nametagalxndr
