i tremendously enjoyed co-creating this conversation with Jennifer, which continued after we stopped recording. i had some difficulties letting her magic and nurturing go.

This conversation is a co-creation with Rosie Lê, a multidisciplinary spirit who paints from the heart, naked in her being.

My experience with Rosie has been magical.

She gifted me with artwork accompanied by a love letter and a video of her creation process.

In this conversation, we walk through this experience of co-creation.

Co-creation is being open-hearted in relationship. It is trusting the nakedness of the others.

My relationship with Rosie started when i sat down with her, trusted her guidance, and answered her questions so that she would be inspired to create her art.

Rosie creates from her nakedness, showing up as who she is to uncover the essence of her muse. She went through a process where her mind played tricks. Finally, she accepted what she had created, letting the fear disappear, and sent me the result: an amazing artwork that i hugely loved!

The future of humanity is in being, living open-heartedly, and exchanging heart-to-heart, which nurtures everyone involved.

There's nothing to fear. The result will always be love!

This conversation is a co-creation with Sile Walsh, a beautiful spirit who met with me for the first time with her open heart, wisdom, and being-ness.

i enjoyed sharing with her about leadership and co-creation, which we both have in common in our creations.

For her, leadership is a holistic role within a group in service to a group. It is not related to a specific person but to the situation in which someone assumes or does not have the leadership role.

However, self-leadership is essential for assuming the leadership role when needed.

Leadership is about dancing in the giving and receiving, a co-creation process offered for everyone's needs.

Leadership has three crucial parts: Knowing, doing, and being.

Sile passionately shares that the "being" part is what she highlights in her book "Inclusive Leadership" and guides you to navigate it more easily in relationship with others.
