Ed Schein is Professor Emeritus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management.  He was educated at the University of Chicago, Stanford University, and Harvard University, where he received his Ph.D. in Social Psychology.  He worked at the Walter Reed Institute of Research for four years and then joined MIT, where he taught until 2005.  He has published extensively-- Organizational Psychology, 3d Ed. (1980), Process Consultation Revisited (1999), career dynamics (Career Anchors, 4th ed. With John Van Maanen, 2013), Organizational Culture and Leadership, 4th Ed. (2010), The Corporate Culture Survival Guide, 2d Ed., (2009),  a cultural analysis of Singapore's economic miracle (Strategic Pragmatism, 1996), and Digital Equipment Corp.'s rise and fall (DEC is Dead; Long Live DEC, 2003).


Peter Schein is a strategy consultant in Silicon Valley.  He provides help to start-ups and expansion-phase technology companies.

Peter’s expertise draws on over twenty years of industry experience in marketing and corporate development at technology pioneers.  In his early career he developed new products and services at Pacific Bell and Apple Computer, Inc. (including eWorld and Newton).  He led product marketing efforts at Silicon Graphics Inc., Concentric Network Corporation (XO Communications), and Packeteer (BlueCoat).  He developed a deep experience base and passion for internet infrastructure as the Web era dawned in the mid-1990s.

Bill is a past Chair of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council Board of Directors and a former Chair of the Banner Health Foundation Board. He has served on the Arizona Commission for Private Postsecondary Education and the Arizona Humanities Council, under the Office of the Governor for the State of Arizona. Additionally, he served on the National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity (NACIQI), under the U.S. Department of Education.

He was responsible for the oversight of 39 POST Certified academies that delivered the state-mandated training standards for new police officers, the development of secured testing procedures and protocols, background investigation standards, in-service training programs, the development and delivery of learning technologies, maintaining effective liaison with State Legislative members, ensuring the timely development of legislatively mandated law enforcement training programs, ensuring the compliance of POST standards with approximately 600 law enforcement agencies within the State of California, and maintaining an effective dialogue among Chiefs, Sheriffs, labor and managerial and academic interests statewide.

Ogden attended Howard University from 1998-2002 where he played Division I football. He then followed his dream and his brother Jonathan’s footsteps, eventually getting drafted into the NFL in 2003. Overall, he played for 5 years as an offensive lineman with the Titans, Bills, Ravens and Jaguars. Even during the off season, Ogden helped train football players in Europe, both physically and mentally.

He handled the prosecution of CIA, FBI and other employees of the intelligence community for espionage, including CIA employee Aldrich Ames. He is the recipient of the Justice Department’s John Marshall Award for litigation, and the CIA’s Outstanding Service Medallion.

“The documentary “Nevertheless” directed by Sarah Moshman provides a comprehensive and in-depth picture of the prevalence of sexual harassment, its aftermath and consequences on those who were harmed, and highlights the policies and legislations for survivors to protect their rights. Framed within the #MeToo movement by Tarana Burke and #TimesUp, this film follows the powerful trajectories of seven diverse survivors and their troubling experiences with sexual harassment at their workplace or in their industry.
