At Arm, Fran leads the charge in setting a strategic course for social impact and innovation. Her role involves identifying and promoting fresh opportunities that empower technology solutions to make a meaningful difference on a broad scale, especially in resource-constrained environments.

Fran's duties encompass not only fostering entrepreneurial social innovations but also overseeing global partnerships with UNICEF Innovation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Additionally, she spearheads initiatives that facilitate collaboration within organizations, all geared towards fostering sustainable transformation and growth.

In this episode, we bring together two incredible women and intrapreneurs, Maya Mehta and Arwa Damon, to share their lessons of intrapreneurship and their perspectives on what needs to happen next in terms of leadership and sustainability.

Maya Mehta, is an intrapreneur and leading capital markets lawyer globally co-ordinating Sustainable Finance across Legal at the investment bank, BNP Paribah. Maya is specializing in Green, Social and Sustainable Bonds and is passionate about Sustainable Finance, Social Intrapreneurship, and using business as a force for positive change. Maya has set up a number of incredible social impact initiatives including launching a ‘Social Impact Hub’ to encourage colleagues to lend their skills to support social enterprises.

Arwa Damon, is a multi-award winning senior international correspondent for CNN. Arwa is also the President and co-founder of a non-profit organization, the International Network for Aid, Relief, and Assistance also known as INARA, which she launched in 2015 based on her personal experience in war zones and war-torn nations.

In this episode, we're introducing you to Dymphna van der Lans who is the CEO of the Clean Cooking Alliance. Once an intrapreneur for BP in London, she has since influenced many different types of organisations, including the German Marshall Fund, The Clinton Foundation, and WWF.
