Long time friend of ours, Paul Pomeroy, talks about his role as CEO at Advertising Agency, Aloysius Butler & Clark. ABC is a 50 year old company with footprints well beyond Delaware, and Paul is now at the helm. Hear him share stories of being a bigger part of a company that he long worked for, making the transition to him as CEO, and how he hopes to not screw up what he is now in charge of. Paul also turns the questioning onto us for an interesting discussion from both sides of changing ownership.

Meghan Wallace shares how she went from being in the Government to jumping out to create a company that helps the Government solve the big issues with her company, Social Contract. This month, Patrick and I talk to Priscilla Turgon, Founder and Executive Director of Project New Start. This incredibly impactful Delaware organization creates a learning program for justice involved to learn life skills to be successful upon release and more importantly, not return to prison. Not your typical start up, for sure, but we are certain you will appreciate hearing about starting a different kind of business than we typically discuss.

Our first show with a guest! Patrick Callahan and Lee Mikles discuss the power of accidental interactions with Robert Herrera, founder of Delaware's premiere co-working space, The Mill. 

Robert tells about what went into creating The Mill, how he keeps it changing, and what learnings he brought from his time as an architect for WeWork. And despite what he says, he is really cool.

We talk about how random interactions can be the missing piece to a start-up, and how these interactions really aren't all that accidental.
