Paul and Len breakdown the nomination of ACB to the U.S. Supreme Court. The discussion comes with just 18 days until election day. Against this backdrop, the fellas discuss the political and social impacts of the proposition of ACB's pending nomination. Leonard took great exception to the republicans tactics to "rush" the nomination. Leonard also posits that the way the democrats have handled this nomination has been "brilliant". 

Some of the worst massacres and terrorist attacks in the country's history have ended up in the courts in one fashion or another. In this episode, we discuss some of the most noteworthy cases and how their differing conclusions reflects the intensity of the contention revolving around the issue of gun rights. 

Two sides square off in this contentious debate over the current supreme court vacancy. With the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett all but inevitable, the resulting impact is given sincere analysis.

As we as a society continue to grapple with the never-ending effects of the global Covid-19 pandemic, questions abound regarding disease liability. Given that there are no parts of society sparred from Covid's wrath, the possibility of someone being sued due to it is ever present.
