Sports is ever evolving from our practices, to hydrating, to equipment etc. So why do we still have old practices like static stretching before practice, training, & competition? In this episode I lay out some reasons that I don’t statically stretch my athletes before training. Not only does static stretching before training, competition etc decrease your performance but it also sends the wrong signals to the body. Ballistic stretching warms the core and primes the body for movement and competition. So why has this not become a phenomenon? I hope this episode helps athletes, coaches heck everyone to become better. As always remember do what legends do and BE LEGENDARY.

Our days are filled with so many situations from positive to negative. One of the benefits of living a full productive life is having the ability to thinking positively in most situations. Don’t let your thoughts get in the way of what it is you ultimately want to do. Work constantly, consistently, and tirelessly to make it happen, and don’t stop until you make it. It will get tough but you can do it, u believe in you. BE LEGENDARY.

You ever wondered why me, why does this always happen, when will things get better? No, well I have and it doesn’t feel good. In life we have crap moments, desolate times, and sunny days though all different we must learn to approach them all the same. So use some of these tips to help improve your squat game and make big gains in the process. Remember get better each and every and Be Legendary.

So many times in today’s society everyone wants to be happy and only attract happy things (positivity), but we have to learn to take the positive with the negative and have some balance in life.
