In this episode I sit down with Bryce Norton. Bryce is a Realtor in the Rochester, NY area and is quickly carving his path in the marketplace. We chat all about getting started as a new agent, strategies for new agents to grow, support systems as a new business owner, and more!

In this episode we chat all about the lessons that we learned throughout our time in the Marine Corps. Though we only served for four years, both of us served key roles in leadership positions on multiple operations. In addition, we were both proactive in seeking out opportunities to learn and grow as a person and aim to make a larger impact in the world. Here are some things that we learned.
