Cannon Canyon

By Lexa Penndari

When we take care of the village,
the village takes care of us.

I’m doing this for me, and
I’m doing this for us.

Creating a world where everyone has quality food, shelter, and clothing because when our basic needs are met, in a way that benefits all beings, we free ourselves to ... be ... the creators we are.

May all beings be happy.

Cannon Canyon is a 99 year vision of providing food, shelter, and clothing to everyone for free. Because when everyone has these needs met, we collectively leave the rat race behind. What do I love most about 2020? ~

Was there anything good about this year? Lots! And there was a lot that was not so good. This episode contains thoughts and feelings on the topic of what I love most about 2020. The colour for this episode is green, specifically emerald green. How does this colour make you feel? Leave a comment. The final topic is, “only at home”... when you hear this, or read this, what comes up?

Why don’t I want to like this? ~

Why don’t I want to like this? ~

In today’s episode, we delve deeper into Cannon Canyon, and the vision of providing #Food #Shelter #Clothing for everyone. As always, it’s about having everything and owning nothing. When it comes to clothing colours, I’ve been professionally draped as a DARK AUTUMN. This came as a surprise because I’d previously been told (by a beautician) that I was definitely a cool winter. The cool winter palette is actually the least flattering for my skin tone. This week I’m having an align style analysis, yippee yahoo!! In conjunction with the colour draping, this helps me introduce 6 perfect pieces per season into my wardrobe that harmoniously reflect me. Making this initial investment (the colour draping and the align style analysis), helps us make better fashion choices (clothing, makeup, hair, and accessories), and results in less waste produced by the fashion industry = fashion redefined and redesigned.

From NOTHING to EVERYTHING ~

From NOTHING to EVERYTHING ~

This episode is inspired by the Rumi Oracle (as are previous episodes), and is a philosophical journey delving deeper into ourselves. What is it about? Everything and nothing. Shakespeare understood this when he said that life is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. He wasn’t calling us idiots, but rather saying that none of us really knows what we’re doing.

I’m here for a good time ~

What I know for sure is that I’m here for a good time. What does a good time look like? I don’t know. Maybe you can help me figure it out. In today’s episode, I talk about enjoying life, fractals in nature showing up as numbers and colours, and the colour orange. What rhymes with orange? Well, if you pronounce it with a French accent, then it rhymes with Solange (Knowles :-). Enjoy!

How did I end up here? ~

This isn’t where I thought I would be, but I’m always in the right place at the right time. Glad you’re here with me! This is me sharing my $375,999,999.98 vision of providing FOOD (regenerative agriculture), SHELTER (affordable, adaptive, incremental housing), and CLOTHING (six perfect made-to-order pieces per season), for me, and for us. There’s more, but let’s save that for episode two :-)

Cannon Canyon ~

Hear the call of the wild?

Well, when you hear this cannon’s blast, my body has launched, to bite the dust.

Time to come full circle ⭕️ here at Cannon Canyon.

2⭕️2⭕️ VISION: Rewriting our relationship with food, shelter, and clothing. There’s nothing to fix, but a whole lot (better) that we get to create.

When I am eating,
I am ingesting myself.

#FOOD
-regenerative agriculture
-rebuilding soil health
-symbiotic relationships

Through colour theory and science, teaching, learning, and knowing what looks best on us. Why? Because when we look good, we feel good. When we feel good, we more fully express ourselves. This IS our unique gift. We tell industry what we want, (and instead of continuing to influence), industry aligns us with what fits best.

#CLOTHING
-six perfect pieces per season
-colour analysis
-style analysis
-made-to-order
-natural fibres
-natural dyes

Homes that grows with us. Interesting plumbing, inside and out. Definitely a commercial kitchen, small in size but well-stocked (for preparing my dish for the annual community potlatch/potluck).

#SHELTER
-99-year guardianship lease
-affordable
-adaptive
-inclusive

Budget:
376,000,000 views #Energy #Attention

My view/energy/attention is present with one rupee (converted into Canadian dollars this is $0.02 ...my two cents worth :-). The remaining
$375,999,999.98, returns back to you.
