The media is partly to blame for why mass shootings keep occurring. They're not the only reason, we do still have to blame the shooter. But it's a complex issue involving the media, our culture, how we raise our kids, etc.

If it was up to me, they'd never show the face or speak the name out of the shooter's face. No need to give him celebrity. No need to let other crazies imagine how much airtime they could achieve.

That the NFL immediately goes to congress asking for oversight is foolishness. What does a congressman know about gambling? About how MLB betting lines are created? Over/under lines?

The NFL wants Congress to enact a framework for legalized sports betting in the wake of a Supreme Court ruling that clears the way for more states to allow sports gambling.

“Congress has long-recognized the potential harms posed by sports betting to the integrity of sporting contests and the public confidence in these events,” the NFL said in a statement. “Given that history, we intend to call on Congress again, this time to enact a core regulatory framework for legalized sports betting.”

So basically, you’re going to get the ESPNs of the world, the DraftKings, BetDSIs, big players writing the rules.

headline that I want to talk about the Supreme Court has given the states the go ahead to legalize betting on sports this is awesome so the Supreme Court has finally removed the national ban on sports betting so generally this is in an important topic but I will definitely cheer loud every move that our government takes towards liberty specifically today the Supreme Court ruled six to three to strike down the professional and amateur sports protection acts so basically nineteen ninety two Congress gives this law and barred state authorize sports gambling and it did make some exceptions as you all know we can go to Vegas it made Nevada and the only state where a person could wager on the results of a single game so that my first response when I saw the headline this morning was at hand I've been doing this illegally this whole time I was not aware of bu
