Exciting news for my listeners.

This is a new and interesting time we are living in. Brené Brown inspires me to help myself and family tumble through this new unknown normal.

We have many stresses in our lives and if we do not have these two things going for us we may not be our best self.

Creating habits takes time. Be patient with yourself.
