This episode provides just that, what I wish kids and parents knew!.

Raising Athletes-The Ultimate Guide
You’ve heard my strong dislike of the youth sports culture, but now I want to offer my insight on raising young athletes. It’s our job as parents and coaches to give our children the best chance to be successful on and off the court. I’ve broken it down from elementary to high school to give you the ultimate guide to raising athletes.

Youth Sports...My Honest Take
As a 10 year coach listen to my take on Youth Sports. Youth sports are completely out of control. From the overbearing dads to the anxiety-filled moms, some young athletes have no chance of success due to their parents alone. Then add on the “daddy volunteers” who consider themselves gurus. Youth sports are crazy!

Depression......Naw not me fam!
It wasn’t easy for me to realize I was depressed, let alone admit it to myself. It all began the day I was released from the Indianapolis Colts. After that, I quickly spiraled into a secret state of depression. The ego of being an athlete wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone about it. I figured it made me seem weak. Thankfully, along with my wife, my students helped me out of a deep dark depression. The old adage of “kids say the darndest things” proved pivotal in dealing with my depression. Listen as I tell the story of my secret depression and how I came out of it.

Handling Others Success
LET’S BE HONEST, IT’S NOT ALWAYS EASY TO SEE EVERYONE AROUND YOU BE SUCCESSFUL. LISTEN AS I TELL YOU HOW I HANDLED EVERYONE AROUND ME BE SUCCESS AND HOW IT ULTIMATELY HELPED ME BECOME SUCCESSFUL.
