S2 E4 - Therapy Is Important For Children
Therapy Is Important For Children. “When we talk about children’s mental health and learning to help them cope with trauma or mental illness, we become a bit misguided. Naturally, we need to address issues like stigma, lack of resources, and the challenges of working with a child’s brain to repair any damage before it becomes a long-term problem. But we also need to see mental health work as an opportunity. Therapy should not only be about reacting to a breakdown and restoring someone to normal. Rather, we should aim to transform the people around us and empower them to grow beyond who they were when they started to have the issues. It’s even easier to accomplish this when we take the time to talk about children’s mental health.” - Michael Noker Article "Taking Your Child to a Therapist": Article "I’m Glad I Sent My Son to Therapy": Connect with me:

In this episode I wanted to have a loose outline and lighten up your day a little. I share a bit of comedy and satire as we all await the election. S1 E6 - Escape Into The Woods
This episode was prerecorded. I was feeling a sense of clarity and needed to talk about where my mind has been during COVID 19 Quarantine. Recognizing purpose, wanting to move, embracing my growth, and seeing the possibilities I never thought I had. If anything positive came out of COVID it would be having the possibility to truly sit and ponder about what I want my life to be like, and knowing I can live exactly as I want to and not through my loyalty to family, friends, or attachment to the current society I live in. I hope you enjoy this walk into my head! | Connect with me:

S1 E3 - Why Are You Like This? Inside Childhood Trauma
It's been a heavy year, and we'll need some healing to get through this year and then soon! In its episode, I educate you on what childhood trauma is, speak about my journey, and how what steps I took to deal with my Adverse Childhood Experience.  I believe you can too. S1 E2 - Mindful Questions - ft Gaiden (my nephew)
This episode I recorded on Sunday 9/20/20. I sit down with my nephew to demonstrate an act of mindfulness. Mindfulness shouldn't seem overwhelming, it would be a moment to connect with ourselves and those around it. In this episode, you'll enjoy an 11-year-old mindfully sharing himself  by answering a few mindful questions that I'm sure we all want to know about when it comes to "What is life like for a child during the world we are living in today?" Let's connect with my nephew, Gaiden, through mindful questions! Always remember to be curious and ask more mindful and personal questions enough to connect. The more we are connected, the more we support our mental health. • Connect with me -
