Representing the Capital of the United States is a special honor for me because I chose to be an American. I recognize that my positive attitude enhances every area of my life. I view obstacles as opportunities and challenges as learning experiences. When I fall, I pick myself up as an improved person. I always have a positive attitude. I have the gift of encouragement, so whenever and wherever I can, I cheer others on to help them see who they are and the gift they are meant to be to the world.

Bioenergy Healing with Csongor Daniels
Csongor Daniel was one of the first officially recognized bioenergy healers in the former Yugoslavia, trained by the legendary Zdenko Domancic (Documentary: Think about It). While his teacher has healed more than a million people, Csongor has no such ambitions. Instead, he would like to teach a million how to become healers themselves. In the U.S. since 1991, he has become an internationally known healer and lecturer and the first honorary president of the International Biotherapy Association which was based in the UK. Csongor’s lectures and his internationally sold book: Biotherapy: A Healing for the 21st Century are approved for continuing education for massage therapists throughout Florida. He also has a double DVD: Energizing T’ai Chi Chi Kung: The 18 Steps for theAbsolute Beginner; as well as a children’s book: The Girl with the Healing Hands. Widely recognized as one of the fastest and most powerful healing methods that have ever been developed, bioenergy healing is relatively easy to learn. Csongor’s unique, light, and humorous lectures are entertaining, fun, and highly educational. Csongor’s healing sessions are distinctive as well. Most of them take less than 15 minutes, sometimes without even touching the person. In some cases one session is enough for full recovery. Csongor is also a master of long distance healing. His clients can be continents away and experience the same healing benefits as if they were present. Bioenergy Healing:  Simple Techniques for Reducing Pain and Restoring Health through Energetic Healing is Csongor’s third and most comprehensive book on energy healing. It is a light, yet very informative read. If you are a fast reader, you may learn to heal in only one day. By the end of the book you will become a healer for a lifetime. Csongor is a modern day renaissance man. Healing and teaching are only a few of his passions. He also builds his own motorcycles, which he then rides to many of his seminars, both in the U.S. and internationally. He is always open to suggestions and invitations to teach anywhere in the world.

Self love Coaching with Mansi Shanghvi
What is self love? Why is it important? What does a self love coach like you do? A lot of people ask me. I take care of myself. I go to parties, I buy nice perfumes. That is self love right? Some of my clients say. Self Love. A topic as vast as the Ocean. The deeper you dive into Self love, the more treasures you find. Self love is when you become your own best friend. You have the courage to take responsibility for yourself. And you love yourself enough to forgive yourself. You choose to be grateful. You realize that you are enough and so is everyone else. Now you can ask me, why would i do that? Why should one not do that. If you can forgive yourself and treat yourself with kindness then, you will feel safe with yourself. Only in safety can anything flourish. Instead of criticizing yourself, judging yourself you can tell yourself, “I am angry at myself and I still love me”. This allows you to not get trapped in the past. It allows you to enjoy the present knowing that you have your own back. Loving yourself unconditionally gives you the freedom to look at yourself objectively, with full awareness and be completely honest with yourself. Loving yourself means you treat yourself with respect, treat others with respect, give respect to your own emotions. Instead of suppressing your emotions you can just hold it and observe it without having the need to prove yourself right or wrong. And when you do that you realize you can find Joy and Gratitude in everything. Loving yourself means you give yourself permission to love and be loved. You give yourself permission to dissolve the beliefs holding you back and welcome abundance in your self. Loving yourself means acknowledging that you are learning, always learnings and you choose to do it with love and joy. Because that is what we are all here for. To experience. To experience love. To be happy. To be Grateful. To Laugh and Dance with utter abandonment. I am a self love coach. The first session with me is a gift from me. So if you would like to experience a session with me do DM me.

Anthony Frisina has a passion for accessibility and inclusion. He is driven by a community in Hamilton, Ontario, where he was born and still calls home today. Born with Spina Bifida he was privileged to adapt a “person first” mentality in his early years, a mindset he currently embodies in his every day life. “Adversity not only builds character it reveals it” and “It’s not about the amount of times you get knocked down, but by the amount of times you get back up” are two of his favourite quotes and they inspire the man he is today. In 2014, he was inducted into an elite group as a Mohawk College Alumni of Distinction. Anthony Frisina is truly a testament of character, overcoming many obstacles along the way, breaking down and breaking through barriers, so that he, along with the next generation, can enjoy an inclusive community, a community based on ability.

Covid 19 and Sleep Disorders
The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on sleep quality  • Insomnia, sleep fragmentation, nightmares, anxiety and depression have become more common among the general population in the context of COVID-19 (“coronasomnia/COVID-somia”). Female gender, pre-existing psychiatric conditions, urban living, exposure to COVID-19 related news and lack of social support are the main drivers. The appropriate management strategy remains unclear. • Sleep dysfunction is more common among HCWs than the general community and is related to factors such as number and duration of shifts, volume of patient exposure, access to PPE and adequate hand hygiene. • Lockdown has resulted in certain notable trends in sleep-wake cycles (decreased social jetlag, later bedtimes, increased time in bed, emergence of napping). • The presence of OSA worsens clinical course and outcomes for patients hospitalized with COVID-19.

Narcolepsy Understanding
Narcolepsy is a chronic sleep disorder characterized by overwhelming daytime drowsiness and sudden attacks of sleep. People with narcolepsy often find it difficult to stay awake for long periods of time, regardless of the circumstances. Narcolepsy can cause serious disruptions in your daily routine. Sometimes, narcolepsy can be accompanied by a sudden loss of muscle tone (cataplexy), which can be triggered by strong emotion. Narcolepsy that occurs with cataplexy is called type 1 narcolepsy. Narcolepsy that occurs without cataplexy is known as type 2 narcolepsy. Narcolepsy is a chronic condition for which there's no cure. However, medications and lifestyle changes can help you manage the symptoms. Support from others — family, friends, employers, teachers — can help you cope with narcolepsy.

Inspiration with Melissa Ruscsak
Born In 1982, a native to Lorain Ohio, Melisa grew up living with her grandparents Frances and James Lasure. She attended Clearview High School  as well as Lorain County J.V.S. While in J.V.S she attended the Culinary Arts program graduating in 2001. In 2003, she welcomed the addition of her daughter Chyenne. Who inspired her to start to put her dreams to paper. A story she wrote after her daughter's birth, although not published, became the stepping stone to everything else she would eventually write. In 2011 near tragedy struck as Melisa's health began to decline. By the summer of 2011, she would need to use a cane to get around. Suffering a stroke, she required a craniotomy where she suffered her second stroke. Leaving her with a partial impairment of her speech, and weakness on her right side. After surgery, she would need to learn not only to walk again, but speak as well as recognize the alphabet. Two years later in the fall of 2012 after a divorce, she would meet the man who would push her not only to fight to regain her physical strength but to put her creative mind to work. No longer allowing her to dwell on what she could no longer do but what she could. In December of 2013, they would marry. With determination, Melisa would walk down the aisle without the need of a cane. In 2016, she would see her dream come true. With her daughter as her editor "Of Lite and Darke" was born.

Body image insecurity with Lindsay Rae
Boudoir is about embracing your sensuality and feminity - breaking down your pre-conceived notions about beauty to show you how gorgeous you really are. Our sessions are female only and we pride ourselves in working one on one with every single client to meet her needs and bring her vision of sexy to life. As a woman guilty of this myself, I see so many struggling with negative self-image. We do this because we internalize the unrealistic expectations of beauty that are set out for us by the media and entertainment industry. The truth is, you are exactly as you are meant to be, perfect in your realest form. It is my mission to be your mirror for the day - to show you the beauty that your lover, friends and family see in you - to bring out your most sensual, vulnerable, and feminine side, and to capture it on camera.
