Holiday Survival Guide!
Happy December, everyone! The holidays are just around the corner, and we are *almost* done with this whirlwind of a year. Adam Pope is a mental health advocate and eating disorder survivor in long-term recovery. As a Project HEAL Ambassador and NEDA Speaker, he's hopeful his recovery journey will inspire others to seek help. Joy Zelikovsky, Psy.D., M.A., M.Phil.Ed., M.S.Ed, is a clinical psychologist and National Health Service Psychologist in New Haven, CT. She is the founder of Nourish The Heart Counseling and the Director of Eating Disorder Services at Turnbridge, a treatment center for young men and women.
