Holiday Survival Guide!

Holiday Survival Guide!

Happy December, everyone! The holidays are just around the corner, and we are *almost* done with this whirlwind of a year. As the 2020 holiday season will surely bring some changes to our usual celebrations, I thought I'd create a quick survival guide for people to get through (and hopefully enjoy!) the holidays. This guide is geared towards those affected by eating disorders, and those who won't be able to travel home or be with family due to Covid-19. I hope you find it helpful, and I wish you a healthy, happy, and safe holiday season.

Eating Disorder Recovery with Katie Noyed

Eating Disorder Recovery with Katie Noyed

In this episode, I go into depth with my own eating disorder recover story. I discuss how it developed, what treatment was like, and how advocating for eating disorder awareness and education has changed my life for the better. I also dive into a discussion about cultural pressures in the US (MN and OR) Dubai, and Denmark— so there is an added international element as well. I hope you enjoy it! :)
