Life After Weight Loss
Life after weight loss is a topic not talked about often enough. Host Dalton can speak from personal experience about the giant mental battle keeping weight off can be extremely difficult. The aim of this podcast is to raise awareness to people who are successful in their fat loss journey that it isn't the end of the journey.
