⭐ 43. (DE) Minimum Baseline

So viele von uns strudeln mit Selbstdisziplin und Dinge einfach durchzuziehen, was die Beziehung zu uns selbst schwächt. Wir wurden konditioniert auf externe Wertschätzung hinzuarbeiten, einfach „da“ zu sein um den Stern zu kriegen oder den Gehaltszettel. Hinzu kommt, dass wir nie gelernt haben, etwas über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg durchzuziehen, vor allem wenn es zwischendurch keine offensichtlichen Anzeichen von Erfolg gibt.

Diese Woche möchte ich eines meiner Kernkonzepte mit dir teilen, dass du im Coaching mit mir erleben wirst. Es hilft meinen Clients anders über sich selbst zu denken und ihre eigenen Pläne wertzuschätzen.

Wir nennen es Minimum Baseline.

Anschließend zum Teil 1 der letzten Episode, hier nun ein Deep Dive in das vielerorts missverstandene Thema der Recovery. Heilung und Erholung sind zwei verschiedene Intensitäten der gleichen Sache: Wir müssen unserem Körper regelmäßig Ruhephasen gönnen, damit wir voll einsatzfähig sind.

ANLEITUNG:

(Schritt 1) am Vorabend: vor dem Einschlafen, nachdem du deinen Wecker gestellt hast, öffne diese Podcast Episode und lass das Fenster geöffnet auf deinem Phone oder wenn du über Stitcher hörst, kannst du diese Episode auch downloaden, damit du sie offline hören kannst.

Du kannst dein Phone danach gerne in den Flugmodus schicken über Nacht.
Du bist nun bereit einzuschlafen, und stell dir bereits jetzt schon vor, wie schön es sein wird, gestärkt morgen früh wieder aufzuwachen mit dieser schönen Audio.

(Schritt 2) Der Wecker klingelt bzw. du wachst auf. Achtung, wichtig: Schalte den Flugmodus au (falls du die Episode nicht bereits offline verfügbar hast) damit du sie abspielen kannst.

(Schritt 3) Starte die Episode DIREKT nachdem du den Wecker ausgeschalten hast! BEVOR du noch irgendetwas anderes mit deinem Phone machst. Drücke PLAY und lass dich vom entspannenden Klängen und meiner Stimme leiten.

Die Audio ist sehr interaktiv, du wirst mental auf deinen bevorstehenden Tag geprimed.

Unser Brain will uns sicher halten. Und jegliche Ungewissheit wird als Gefahr eingestuft. Und das unmanaged Mind wird den Schockkragen wird es nicht freiwillig abnehmen, gerade WEIL es der perfect Excuse is NICHT dem nachzugehen, was man eigentlich will.
Die Dinge zu tun, die dich tatsächlich auf das nächste Level bringen.
Daher versuchen wir oft so weit wie möglich rauszuzögern, bis es zu spät ist und wir diesen Traum mit ins Grab nehmen.

WIE LÖST MAN DIESES DILEMMA?
Du brauchst einen Safe Space, wo du das Üben kannst. Wo du groß Denken üben kannst. Und der Safe Space ist nicht in deinem gewohnten Umfeld, denn dieses Umfeld wird nicht wollen, dass du dich veränderst. Du musst dich mit jemandem umgeben, die an deine Größe glaubt. Die die richtigen Techniken beherrscht, wie du zum Kern deiner Identität vordringst. Und wie du Schritt für Schritt dran bleibst und dich nicht von anderen Wichtigkeiten des Alltags entmutigen lässt.

Heute kriegst du einen noch nie da gewesenen Einblick in eine Coaching Session von mir. Normalerweise teile ich solche persönlichen Stories nicht (obwohl natürlich anonym), aber mit meines Client's Einwilligung wollte ich die Chance nutzen, dir einen Real Life Chase zu zeigen und wie ich in der Session eine Lösung angeleitet habe. Denn es ist so viel erlebbarer, wenn es ein praktischer Fall ist, dann wird die Power für dich noch realer.

Heute geht es darum, wie es sein kann dass man sich die besten Dinge vornimmt, aber wenn sie vor der Türe stehen, man oft am liebsten einen Rückzieher machen würde. Wie ist das möglich? Ich teile mit dir in dieser Folge nicht nur die Anatomie dessen, was hier passiert sondern auch die effektivste Lösung, wie du das lösen kannst.

Kognitiv verstehen ist eine Sache, wenn du aber selbst eine ähnliche Situation hast wo du sagen würdest "bei mir ist das anders", wo sich diese Kognitive Dissonanz so real anfühlt, die Zerrissenheit zwischen sollte und ist, dann lass mich dir helfen. Das sind genau die Cases, mit denen ich meinen Clients helfe. Das ist absolut lösbar, und für die schweren Teile, steh ich ich dir zur Seite. Ich bin für dich da.
