Episode 13: Eating Healthy V Eating for Fatloss
It is not OK just to guess at what and how much you are eating every day if you want to change your Body Shape, even if your plate is stacked high with healthy, clean food. "I eat relatively healthy" is something I hear every day. But 'healthy' or 'clean' is not measurable, nor is it individual. When I respond with "You are probably not eating enough food" I am met with "Oh no, I eat way TOO MUCH." The truth is in fact the majority of women BINGE on food and the food they eat is often high carb, low protein and full of unhealthy fats and sugar but they just happen to eat a large portion of it once a day and therefore feel really FULL. What does over exercise look like for women. First we must address how much or how little exercise to do. How much or what kind of exercise to do. And this is tricky. There are no definitive studies out there that point to the exact science. Or to be blunt the issue of just how much exercise people need and how much may be either too little or too much is from a scientific standpoint, a big fat mess! The law of diminishing returns. More is not better, it is just more. Do as much a is necessary not as much as it possible. The reason why women do over exercise. Episode 1: How to Feel Better
Hi I’m Lisa Barwise, ex Business Coach turned Wellness Alchemist, the kick ass catalyst in helping busy women to become stronger- in mind, body and character.  It wasn’t that long ago I too lacked motivation, strength or the persistence needed to set and achieve goals in health, fitness and my body shape. Fast forward 10 years in studying human potential, nutrition, fitness and strength training and creating my own approach to women’s wellness Warrior Goddess Kettlebell Training delivered in our unique community studio as well as our online tribe with the Warrior Goddess Body, I now help 1000s of women locally and globally to become the best version of themselves without fear of grind, guilt or burnout. This is my first episode and it is here to help you to just FEEL BETTER. I wanted to use my time and skills to help provide more positivity and practical advice to help my Goddesses, my Tribe and beyond to feel better and be better at handling chaos.
