Have you heard about (proposed) The Seawall Trail yet? It's a 50km through-hike in the Aspy Bay Pollett's Cove Wilderness Area in Northern Cape Breton. They hosted a film festival in October 2022 and we sat down to discuss the trail and the hurdles they face getting this trail developed.

This week I finally got to sit down with AJ and Ben who, back in 2011, circumnavigated Cape Breton Island via Sea Kayak in 2011. The guys filled me in on their experiences and favorite moments.

This episode was recorded on night two of our most recent 4-day snowshoe trip through the Cape Breton Highlands National Park. A trial run for how we can record podcasts during multiday trips in the future and get real-time info from the people 'in the suck' as we like to call it. Let us know what you think!
