Welcome to season 2!

Living the awakened path means that you may be experiencing the sharp pains of awareness, realizations and consciousness. We are here to tell you that you are not alone and that we are walking (crawling??) that path with you. Your hosts, Lisa Sabatini and Jada MacLeod have been intentionally and unintentionally taking steps along the path of spiritual growth for quite some time. They don't have it all figured out but what they do have are amazing conversations about what they have lived and are learning.

Both Lisa and Jada have extensive training and experience in energy healing, meditation, yoga and generally life's school of hard knocks.

In this episode, Lisa and Jada explore the value of having humility on that path of awakening. Coming to new understandings and realizations about their spiritual paths, who they are and who they have been is very humbling. Approaching the journey of healing, wholeness, and self-discovery is best done with an attitude of humility. There will be harsh truths to face, and understanding that we are all imperfect human beings that required compassion and forgiveness will help the medicine go down. Who needs honey when you have humility!
