Banishing Negative Thoughts
In today's episode, I go over a few different techniques to help you banish negative thoughts from your head once and for all. You can find meditations on the Mindful Luna Podcast and Tanner Knight’s Music anywhere you listen to music.
The following technique is taken from Alison's Book, and it's called "Banishing the Voices". All you have to do is take a few deep breaths and write down on a sheet of paper all the negative words that come to your mind when you approach your closet or search for an outfit. Once you have completed the exercise, you can dispose of the sheet in any way you prefer. I highly recommend trying this same exercise in any area of your life where you feel stuck.
Victor’s book offers us even more techniques to help stop negative thought patterns. Here are some of the techniques I discuss:
Make your thoughts into a rhyme
Make a song with the contents of your thoughts
Think backwards
Recite a prayer
Go over the multiplication tables

Dream Weaving the New Year
This is The Lonely Girl Lifestyle's last episode. It is inspired by the Spider as a spirit animal and the art of Dream Weaving. In this episode, I go over all the wisdom of dream weaving, a spiderweb drawing exercise and I finish with a Yoga Nidra. The Yoga Nidra meditation is 30 minutes long and will be uploaded to The Mindful Luna Podcast as a standalone meditation.

My spiritual Garden 2023
This episode is to help us map out our spiritual garden, get to know every aspect of our being, and how we can help each aspect of ourselves grow to its fullest potential. It is important to get to know each layer/aspect of the self so we know how to help ourselves when we are off balance. Knowing each element deeply will also help us set intentions that are best aligned with truth. Present Full Moon in Taurus 11/8/22 Oracle Messages: Detox // Dreams need a practical plan Interpretation: Forgiveness It is much easier to be grateful when we forgive others and ourselves. Sometimes we think that forgiving others can mean that justifies the person who might have acted in an unacceptable way. But that's not the case, think of forgiving someone as letting them go free of entanglements this also frees us. Relationships shouldn't be tangley, they should flow easily. Letting go by forgiving allows us space to breathe without having negative feelings and thoughts take up that space.
Future 3rd Q Moon Leo 11/16/22 Oracle Messages: Lighten Up Interpretation: enjoy the now and be grateful I’m grateful that I can access a meditative state by repeating a few words in my head but not just any words. In the Book The Mantram Handbook Eknath Easwaran, he explains that cultures have been chanting the name of “The Creator” for ages. I started by chanting Ram the God name he suggests because it’s a Mantram that is proven to be helpful to many people. If you want to learn more about chanting I’ll link his book in my show notes.

Self Care // Weaving the Moon into my life
This full moon is teaching us all about being grateful but also forgiving and many times those two things go hand and hand.
Journaling about the past, present, and future can help us see our lives differently.
Here are some great questions to explore/journal about:
Forgive: Make a list of people who have hurt you, or upset you. Start from your childhood and make your way up. Write a little about each situation Once you're done take a moment to close your eyes and feel any emotions that come up. At the end of your list and journaling write the following: I wish to see things a different way and sign it. This will allow spirit to help you because you are willing to see things differently.
Gratitude: Make a list of things, people, or situations you are grateful for. Start from your childhood and make your way up. Write a little about each situation Once you're done take a moment to close your eyes and feel any emotions that come up for you. At the end of your list and journaling write the following:
I am grateful for all the love, abundance, and joy in my life.
I’m present with my gratitude in life.

Another good thing this card brings up is that sometimes the full understanding comes in the form of dreams. A beautiful connection to yogic sleep AKA Yoga Nidra. Epiphanies happen in the dream realm but also become common in waking life when you visit the dream realm regularly.
