This is the first episode for Lost Thoughts, a podcast about my struggles with mental health and searching for a way to overcome these struggles. This is part 1 of 2 where I explain my battle with mental health having gone through different kinds of treatments / therapies. I have decided that traditional medicine is no longer working and in part 2 I'll go over my experiment with microdosing using Psilocybin aka magic mushrooms.
