Hosted by Dean Newby, BSAT's Head of Communications, each episode will focus on a specific theme from the world of education, and will be unpacked and discussed with guests from within the Trust and beyond.
In this episode, I'm joined by 3 members of the trust's Multi Agency Support Team (MAST): Kellie Gallagher (Occupational Therapist), Lauren Simonds (Speech and Language Therapist), and Sangita Varsani (Family Support Practitioner), to discuss the upcoming summer holiday, share activity ideas and suggestions, and provide parents with strategies to support their children with common communication and behaviour barriers.
In this episode, I speak to three members of BSAT staff about how we as a trust are supporting our pupils and their families with learning at home during lockdown, as well as how we are supporting and promoting their wellbeing, and creating opportunities for socialisation in a socially distanced world.
In this episode, I welcome Louise Kimber - BSAT Director of Partnerships & Safeguarding, and Emily Williams - BSAT Head of Inclusion & Family Liaison. Together, we discuss the importance of this year's 'Great Get Together' and its theme: connection, compassion, and community, both within our trust schools and the wider community.
