The Plant Power Client Experience: Tips on Navigating the Summer Struggle
Today we are sharing a really special episode with you all! We are sharing one of our Plant Power client office hours with you! This question that a client had was really good and relevant, so we thought we would share it here for everyone! Plant Power is our 13 week lifestyle program that teaches goals, habits, meal planning like a pro, how to read labels, learn about ingredients, and what to cook for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. We created this course in a way that makes sense for busy families and to fit into their daily lives. Our clients get 2- 1:1 coaching calls from us, bi-weekly office hours to receive help and feedback on their personal journey and what they are working on, as well as a membership to a community group to ask questions and share with others on the same journey. In today's office hours, we are discussing how to stay on track in the summer. We discuss eating out at restaurants, BBQ's and picnics, vacationing and just how to stay motivated to eat healthy and continue to achieve your goals, while not missing out on the fun of summer! Hope this episode speaks to you in your current season. We would love to work with you! Head to to learn all about the program and to fill out your interest form. This doesn't hold you to anything! We will reach out and answer any questions you have! We look forward to hearing from you and working with you to break habits and achieve your wellness goals!

The Conscious Consumer
Today's episode is a little change up! You are going to hear a conversation Natalie had with ecommerce consultant, Jason Shepherd. Natalie had the ability to be a guest on his podcast The Real Heroes of Ecommerce and discusses what it means to be a conscious consumer. All of us here at Love the Green Life have different levels of conscious consumerism. We are pretty careful about the things we purchase and buy and as a 100% women owned nonprofit organization, almost all of us as women are the main buyers of stuff for our homes. We hope to debunk some myths as to what a conscious consumer looks like and is portrayed and hope to push your ideal consumer view. Conscious consumers are the consumers of the future. We are the people who are going to be making the decisions that drive the commerce in our country. We need to vote with what we put in our grocery carts. Hopefully you will gain some insight from this episode. Head over to Jason's podcast, The Real Heroes of Ecommerce on instagram @therealheroesofecommerce and take a listen!  If you need help with meal planning and grocery shopping, we would love to assist you and give you the tools you need to be a conscious consumer! Diana Nicholson: Owner of Kind Cakes Bakery, LTGL Vice President
Today we chat with Diana Nicholson, our board vice president. Diana is the owner of a local vegan bakery, home gardener and supporter of encouraging others on their green journey. I (Jess) have known Diana a good portion of our lives and it is so cool to see the journey we have both taken to get here together today.
