Today I talk about my love (obsession) for cameras.  The more I see, the more I want.  But does more equal better?  Does a better camera automatically produce a better image or video?  So, gear is part of this equation, but what about the image or video itself?  Does a higher quality image result in a better picture/video or should we really be paying more attention to what we are trying to capture and let that feeling/mood do the work for us?  Let's talk about it!

If you're like me, you've seen a dramatic shift in the service industry.  Since the onset of the pandemic, the service industry has gone through quite a change...and I think we can agree it hasn't been for the better.  Today we talk about this, often overlooked, segment of the economy and try to come up with some reasons why it is the way it is.  Have you seen any difference?  Is it better or worse than two years ago?  Do you think it will ever get back to the way it was BEFORE the pandemic?  Let's talk about it!

In today's episode, we talk about something that I saw in the news this morning while perusing several news outlets and drinking my coffee.  It really bothers me that when someone disagrees with another person, they find it necessary to drudge up things in their past instead of discussing whatever it is about this person that bothers them.  Marriage counselors tell us we shouldn't do that when we argue with our spouse, so why do wee see it so often in the media and in politics?

Today we talk about the recent situation involving Joe Rogan and Spotify.  There are a lot of issues here that really have nothing to do with the pandemic.  First of all, do we still have freedom of speech in America?  If we do, where is allowed?  Are social media outlets the best place to express your thoughts and ideas or is there a better medium?  Who decides what is misinformation and what is good information?  Join me as we tackle these topics and more here on Mr. Opinion Head.

Today we touch on two topics that, I think, should be getting way more attention and generating way more public outcry.  The first topic is President Biden's recent request for financial records; he apparently wants to know who has more than $600 in an account and who gets $600 or more transferred using apps like Venmo and PayPal.  That is super scary and should be getting way more attention.  The other topic is the two infrastructure bills currently being pushed through the House and the Senate.  These pieces of legislation are stupid expensive and include a bunch of stuff nobody is talking about.  This too, should be getting way more attention.  Come join the discussion and let me know your thoughts.

In today's episode, I take a few moments to rant about how some content creators sell out once they obtain a certain level of success.  We, their viewing audience, expect one type of content, but they only provide what I call 'fluff pieces' aimed at satisfying their endorsements.  I don't know about you, but I don't care how you feel about your uber-expensive camera after 1 year.  Thanks for checking out the channel - hope you find something you like.
