S4 E2 - Two Approaches To Job Search
I read a book titled "what color is your parachute" by Richard Bolles and found it super insightful. In this episode, I discussed some elements involved in these two approaches and gave some examples of how this plays out in day-to-day job hunting. Please enjoy and learn something new :)

New Year New Me? || Here is Why You Don't Meet Your Goals
I am uber-excited to share this episode with you, especially in the spirit of new year and resolutions (for those who make them). I believe our goals don't work sometimes because we overestimate our capacity whilst underestimating our current realities. If the year will be different with your goals accomplished, you should change your game plan and I shared some of my ideas in this episode.
Enjoy :)

Citation movie revealed my unconscious bias || Kunle Afolayan & telling stories that touch the heart
If you have not seen this movie, now is a good time to do so and I would love to hear your thoughts. Were you (like me) unconsciously placing the burden on Moremi for the actions she took? That said, Kunle Afolayan's movies are always thought-provoking and this was no different. I shared some of the lessons I learned from the movie in this episode and hope you enjoy it also!
Making the Most of Your Current Season
Got Imperfections?? || You are not alone|| Sharing my struggles as a Christian
People don't like to talk about their weaknesses, their struggles or imperfections because of the fear of being judged or laughed at. It was not comfortable admitting that I have these struggles but this is an important step toward healing and improvement.
I hope in sharing my own struggles, you get the strength to acknowledge your weaknesses and deal with them. May the odds be in your favor!

That said, this message is particularly for Nigerian youth to get busy gaining knowledge about Nigeria and Africa as a whole. We need to know where we are coming from to prepare for where we want to get to. Nigeria will rise again, and it is in the little things we do.

One Year in Germany: Comparing German and Nigerian Cultural Realities
In this episode, I note the differences between the German and Nigerian culture (BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE). If anything, I have learned that you can always take what you want from a culture and leave out the rest, as long as there is learning and growth.
P.S: This is me speaking about my experience and does not represent the entire German and Nigerian cultures because it is all about perception. I still hope you will enjoy the episode.
