Vicky shares her memories of coming to Christ in college during the Jesus Movement. Vicky, a leader in the prayer movement, began with campus ministries in the 1970s, and even still, she is instrumental in shifting the atmosphere of cities, to restrain evil and welcome mercy, with intercession, worship, and prayer.

Jonathan Tremaine Thomas, founder of the Civil Righteous organization in Ferguson, MO, joins Thai Lam in this episode. As students embark on the Fall semester, with COVID-19, George Floyd, and Jacob Blake in the background, JT and Thai share about the acute and ancient pain of being black in America, the systemic injustices, and the burning question for young adults, “Who am I? And how does my moment connect to revival?”

Thai first met Gui years ago at a campus ministry event at San Jose State, but a divine appointment in January 2020 reunited old friends after fourteen years. Upon reconnecting, Gui shares the lasting impact Thai and campus ministries had on strengthening his faith, redirecting his life’s course, and set him on a path of hunger for family, prayer, and revival
