Growing up, I let the opinions of others dictate who I was. If they said I was too tall, too skinny, or not enough in some way, I believed them. I was the guy who thought rejection was proof that I wasn't worthy of love or success. 

But guess what? 

What was my real issue was that mindset, not the rejections or the name-calling. And this way of thinking stuck with me until I realized that life isn't about pleasing others or fitting into their molds. 

This is the lesson I’ve learned: The most critical relationship in life is the one you have with yourself. You've got to start valuing and appreciating yourself and understand that your worth isn't determined by what others think. You need to recognize your own value and potential and stop wasting time. 

Like Jim Rohn once said, "You get paid for the value you bring, not just your time." So, if you want to succeed and make more money, focus on increasing your value rather than working more hours.

When I started out as a coach, I was hit with a ton of doubt.

I found myself second-guessing my worth all the time, wondering if anyone would actually pay for my help. It was that pesky imposter syndrome sneaking up on me, whispering that I wasn’t good enough to live a better life.

But here's the thing – once I decided to face that fear head-on and pursue my dream, everything changed.

First, I recognized the value I could offer. Then, clients started to see it, too. Let me tell you – they were more than willing to pay for my help, and they still are.

This journey has taught me the most important lesson: if you have a gift and you’re willing to work hard, you can be unstoppable. You just need to take that leap, even when you're scared, and you’ll realize your worth through action.

Time is like a coin you only get to spend once. We often trick ourselves into thinking we've got an endless supply, but the truth is, we're all running on a clock that's constantly ticking down.

It's easy to get lost in the day-to-day, thinking we've got forever. But in reality, we might not even have tomorrow.

So, I have a question for you: What’s next for you? Like, when this podcast ends today? Because what we do today shapes who we are tomorrow and the day after. Let’s take this saying literally, just for a moment: You CAN do something TODAY to change your tomorrow. You CAN decide TODAY how to face the challenges life throws at you. You CAN decide TODAY to change your life for good. 

Every day is a chance to invest in ourselves, to fuel our minds with positivity, to choose the conversations that inspire us, and to decide who we want to be.

We all have things in our lives that need changing – our mindset, our habits, the people we spend time with. And if we want things to change, we’ve got to put in more effort. Playing it safe, staying quiet, and accepting mediocrity will never lead to growth or happiness.

So, let’s do a challenge: check out the full episode and then take a step. Any step. Make a choice to start changing something, anything, for the better. Your health, your financial situation, your mindset, your environment… you name it.

If You Want More Peace in Your Life, Change Where You Are #290

"Am I happy? Truly happy?"

I asked myself this question, and the answer hit me like a freight train. It actually opened Pandora's box of realization – no, I wasn't. I was far from where I wanted to be, trapped by my own choices… or rather, the lack of them.

And I believe that was the turning point when I became painfully aware that something had to change.

During that period of my life, every morning felt like a replay of the day before – hanging out, friends, parties, drugs, alcohol... I was caught in this endless loop of comfort that felt anything but comfortable.

Deep down, I knew I was craving more – more growth, more fulfillment, and most importantly, more peace. But there was this voice that kept telling me, "Change is scary. Stay where it's safe."

Until I decided that enough was enough.

It dawned on me that if I wanted more peace in my life, I needed to make a move. And so, I left. I spent some time far away from the people I was surrounded by. I moved to Poland, spent some time in China, learned a lot, and ignited that avalanche of change inside me.

Yes, it scared me. The idea of change often does. But the scarier thought was waking up years from now, drowning in a sea of what-ifs and regrets.

So, I chose growth. And it definitely wasn't all rainbows and sunshine. Growth is messy, it's challenging, but it's so worth it! I've learned, laughed, and lived more in my pursuit of peace than I ever did before.

If you're following social media and the news these days, it may seem that everything's just falling apart in the world. But what if I told you that amidst all this chaos, there is a chance for us to grow and really make a difference?

"Yeah, right, Luke! How can I change the world when I can’t even change my own life?!" I can almost hear many of you saying this.

But, actually, you CAN change the world - that true change begins within. If we want to bring about the positivity and health we desire around us, we must first embody it ourselves. Because our reality is a reflection of what we are inside.

Why Being True Authentic Self Is Your Pathway to Freedom #286

At one point in my life, I felt like I was just going through the motions, sticking to the script everyone else wrote for me. I was literally stuck in a cycle of pleasing others, losing bits of me along the way.

If life is a book that we’re writing every day, for years, I let others hold the pen, dictating my chapters based on their expectations.

But one day, I decided to grab that pen back and start writing my own story. And once I managed to break free from that cycle, it felt like stepping into a whole new world.

I realized that being my true, authentic self was my pathway to freedom. Suddenly, I didn’t have to worry about what others would think or say about my life. Sure, turning the page on people and habits that no longer served me was scary.

But you know what's scarier? Living a life that's not yours.

By choosing authenticity, I've attracted people who vibe with the real me, not the version of me I thought I had to be. And yeah, I've lost a few along the way. But those losses were meant to happen. The people who were supposed to stay have stayed and are still in my life.

"Look after your health." We all say this very often, usually thinking about a healthy lifestyle.

But really caring about health doesn’t just mean hitting the gym or eating healthy food. If you're not dealing with your past traumas and taking care of your mental, emotional, and spiritual health, all that effort is like trying to patch up a leaky boat.

Your body is like a faithful friend that's been through it all with you. It doesn’t deserve to have its needs (or overall well-being, if you will) ignored.

This means you don’t have to deprive yourself of all pleasures and never eat candy, pizza, or go for a drink or two. You should have your little 'unhealthy' joys as long as you don’t have... let's say, late-night burgers every day. And as long as you love yourself and don’t give up.

Actually, it's all about striking a balance. Simple but often not easy.

Your Past Doesn't Define Your Future Success! #284

Our minds love clinging to the past, replaying every stumble and fall. It's like we're programmed to be our own toughest critics, whispering to ourselves, “You can’t do that,” “You’re not enough to...,” “You never could...,” “Success is not for you!”... you name it.

At that point, we have two options: we can either remain trapped by our past or seize the day with the choices we make right now.

It dawned on me that I've been letting my history, heck, even my ancestors' struggles dictate my present. It's like living in a loop of fear, trauma, and doubt. Why? Because of old stories and beliefs that don't serve us anymore.

So, if you want to let go of the past, you have to take control, break the cycle, and reprogram your mind for greatness. Nobody else is going to do it for you – it's on you to wake up.

Every single person in this world is unique, brilliant, and utterly irreplaceable. And no matter what you've gone through, it doesn't define your worth or potential.

No matter where you are now, you can start taking conscious steps toward your dreams and planting seeds of greatness. Instead of letting your past define you, you can use lessons from it to build your own great, successful future.

I’m not saying it’s easy, but it's absolutely worth it!

Turn Your Biggest Struggles Into Fuel for Success w/ Radin Jahromi #281

This week, I've got a story that's really something else, not only because I’m doing it from the lap of luxury inside a Maybach Mercedes, but also because I talked to Radin Jahromi, a successful entrepreneur in Dubai and Australia whose journey reads like a blockbuster movie script.

At just 22, Radin stepped into the real estate world, only to be smacked with some hardcore challenges right off the bat. As soon as he walked into his new job, he was met with hostility and even racism from a boss.

But he didn't let that break him. Instead, he used it as motivation to push harder, to prove himself not just to his critics but to himself. That moment literally lit a fire in him!

He moved to a competitor not just to stay in the game but to change it. Within his first few months at a new company, he sold not 10, not 20, but 34 houses in just three months. While the top dogs were proud of selling five houses a month, Radin was out there making it look easy.

He ended up with $186,000 in commissions waiting for him, money he hadn't even realized was piling up. He really proved his point and turned one bad experience into one of his biggest victories.

And he had many more after that.

Reflecting on my journey, I can say it's crazy to see how much relationships in our lives can really shape us. It's not just about who we spend our time with but recognizing their impact.

When I hit up Johnny Olsen on Instagram one day back in 2019, I had no idea that it would turn into one of the most inspiring experiences of my life. Johnny welcomed me into his home, shared his world with me, and showed me what true hospitality is. 

But what really drew me in was his fascinating story. 

Johnny is a fitness coach and gym owner from Florida who faced his toughest opponent outside the gym: prostate cancer. He managed to beat the beast not just with traditional treatments or physical strength but with his most powerful weapon - his mind. 

Not only did he win that fight, but he also used it to push himself further in the fitness world. Today, his gym isn’t just a place to work out - it’s where people go to strengthen their minds, too. 

Because Johnny firmly believes that with the right mindset, you can get through anything.

Would you like to wake up every day feeling like you've hit a jackpot of happiness? Of course, we all would. But did you know that gratitude does exactly that for you? It could be described as a hidden key that opens a treasure box full of joy, peace, and happiness.

I started practicing gratitude, and it really turned my world upside down in the best way possible. Suddenly, the small stuff became more important, and the big worries didn't seem so big. 

For me, gratitude is like wearing glasses that turn every view into a beautiful scene. But it's not only seeing the good — it's also feeling it deep in your bones. Because that’s something we often take for granted and don't realize what we have until it's gone.

So, here's a little challenge: think of three things you're thankful for. (You can write them down, or if you're driving, just say them out loud.) For me, I'm thankful for this podcast, my ability to write, having clean clothes… Yes, clean clothes (and other simple stuff).

Gratitude isn't a magic pill, but if practiced sincerely, it often feels like one. It means recognizing the abundance around us and within us, even on days when everything seems to go wrong. It's a choice that can transform our lives in ways we never imagined.

This week, I had the pleasure of chatting with Dr. Amanda Hanson, a clinical psychologist who really stands out from the crowd. I always repeat that energy is contagious - and Amanda’s energy is exactly the kind you want to catch.

Amanda started in traditional psychology but quickly saw that wasn't enough. She wanted to make a real difference, to see actual change in her clients and in her own life. What’s really unique about her approach to healing is that she believes in living the change you want to see. 

In our interview, she talks about using dance, embracing what you truly want, and finding a balance between your feminine and masculine sides as keys to unlocking true self-love and joy.

The part that hit home for me was her perspective on feminine and masculine energies. It's eye-opening, especially now when we're all trying to understand what it means to be strong and vulnerable at the same time.

We also talked about empowering women through self-love, overcoming societal pressures, and transforming personal and professional lives by being your true, authentic self.

Has it ever come to your mind that maybe, just maybe, your brain's been running a program you didn't even install? 

Here's the thing from my end: I found myself on an ice rink, doing my best not to look like Bambi on ice… And the real pros gliding around not only made skating look like a piece of cake, but they also somehow made me feel even clumsier. 

And it hit me - my fear of falling wasn't about the ice. It was about failing, looking silly, and all the stuff we've been told or thought about since forever. That’s the way most of us are programmed. 

But when I realized that, skating became more than just skating. It became my symbol of confronting those deep-seated fears, questioning where they came from, and realizing a lot of what holds us back is all in our heads.

In this episode, I've got a guest whose story could definitely change the way you see the world around you. He is Derick Grant, an ex-basketball player and the founder of the Life is Mental brand.

Derick was an athlete with dreams bigger than the court, but when he tried to turn those dreams into reality, everything fell apart. As many of us did, he hit rock bottom, not just personally but financially too. 

And he did it big time - when his business crashed, he was left in a mess so huge that even the FBI got involved. Yeah, you read that right.

But Derick didn't let this be the end of his tale. Instead, he took a hard look at his life, at the decisions that led him to where he was, and he realized that he could truly change his life only by changing his perspective. 

For the first time, it became clear to him that if he wanted to fix what was outside, he needed to transform what was inside. Through self-reflection and a hell of a lot of courage, Derick rediscovered his purpose and began an inspirational journey that he’s willing to share with us.

In this interview, Derick talks about his career, from playing with the Harlem Globetrotters to starting a basketball training company and eventually moving into coaching and motivational speaking.

But here's the thing - I've come to realize that my way of loving is not the problem. It's about finding someone who can truly love us as much as we love them.

There’s one thing we've all been tempted to do - to settle for whatever comes our way. But that's not the answer. It's crucial to hold out for someone who loves us as fiercely as we love them. 

Your self-respect and how you treat yourself set the bar for how others will treat you. The real change starts when you reclaim your identity and self-belief despite past rejections or toxic relationships that made you doubt your worth.

A lot of people ask me why I yell. It's not what you think. I'm not yelling at you – I'm yelling for you. It's my way of pushing you, shaking you awake to see the potential you're sitting on. 

See, I've been through it. I've felt the frustration, the pain, and the hurt, and now I want to raise your awareness. It's about confronting the comfort you've settled into, questioning what you're tolerating, what you're letting happen in your life.

I've learned, sometimes the hard way, that if I don't scream, you might not wake up to the realities you're facing. But remember, it's not personal. I might trigger you, but those triggers are blessings in disguise. 

They're your teachers, showing you parts of yourself you might not be aware of. This journey is about self-reflection, understanding why certain things trigger you, and realizing how much you actually tolerate without even knowing.

And when I get fired up, when my words get colorful, know that it comes from a place of deep love. I'm here to be authentic, to be myself, and to help you be your true self. 

So tune in this week as I talk about my story of who I am, why I speak the way I do, and also how our past experiences shape our life now because our past is what’s familiar and how we can break free to grow.

Since I started the Luke Mind Power journey of constantly learning and growing, I often think about self-sabotage and how we can be our own worst enemies without even realizing it.

It constantly happens, not only to my clients but also to me. I won’t lie - there are moments when I hit these blind spots, and I need some time to realize that I’m actually holding myself back unknowingly.

Of course, I’m in a place now where I can recognize and know how to overcome those negative thought patterns that sometimes keep me stuck somewhat quicker than my clients.

One of the things that helped me a lot was being alone with my thoughts. It made me realize that our thoughts shape our reality. Living in a state of negativity is basically living in a state of self-imposed suffering.

That's why overcoming self-sabotage starts with understanding and transforming your thoughts.

It's not just about listening to podcasts like Luke Mind Power, watching motivational videos, or pretending to be positive on the outside. It's about confronting the truth we often avoid, the hidden fears and insecurities that make us our own worst enemy.

I know it’s tough. Fighting inner demons that drain our energy and spirit is maybe the toughest part of our growth journey. Because consistent effort won’t help you much if you are avoiding or ignoring the past.

But there are people who are willing and able to help you.

Anger isn't always bad - it can actually be a real push to get things moving. Like your own personal alarm bell ringing, telling you to switch things up or take a leap. 

When you're mad about not getting something, it's a sign saying, "Hey, maybe there's another way to do this." It can push you to check out new paths you haven't thought of before.

Being angry also gives you a moment to pause and ask yourself critical questions like: 

- Why did I want this?

- What can I learn from this experience?

- How can I grow from here? 

This leads to growth and a deeper understanding of yourself.

So, when your plans don't work out, it could be a nudge towards something even cooler. Every rejection or closed door might just be pointing you to a path that's even better for you.

I believe in you. Even more than you believe in yourself right now… I know that many of you would be like, “Well, it's not hard to have more faith in me because I don’t have any.” 

Many people, even my clients, often tell me, “Oh, Luke, it's easy for you to say because you’ve achieved so much.” And I get it - I used to be in that place when every challenge seemed like an obstacle I couldn’t even think to overcome. 

But how did I reach the place where I am now? It may seem simple, but it’s true - I believed in myself and didn’t give up. And when I say I believe in you, and I really do - because I believe in myself. And because I can only give what I have.

I know that facing challenges can be tough. It’s actually like a roller-coaster ride. One moment, you're up, the next, you're plunging down. But every dip, every turn, it's all part of the journey.

So, how do you stay motivated when feeling low?

Try seeing your journey towards your goal as climbing a mountain. It can be tough, but instead of focusing only on the peak, try enjoying the hike, the view, the fresh air. It's the same with challenges. Enjoy the process while heading to your goal, and try to keep it fun.

When things get really tough, don't forget that it's perfectly okay to take a break to recharge and be kind to yourself. Like pausing your favorite movie to grab some popcorn. Just remember to hit play again.

And keep in mind that every challenge is just another chance to show the world (and yourself) what you're made of. Because you really can reach your goals, and you're worthy of them.

Trying to push through life is like being in a thick forest where you can't see much, and everything's trying to hold you back. But you've got your dream, the big thing you're after. It's clear in your mind, guiding you and pulling you forward.

The forest you’re going through is tough. Every step forward feels like a battle. But every snag and scratch is actually teaching you something. They're making you smarter and stronger. 

You're learning how to avoid problems, to change your approach, to find new ways when your usual path doesn't work.

After a while, you reach this open space. It's warm and sunny, and it feels like a big victory. That's your goal. You didn't just find it by chance; you worked hard for every step to get there.

So, whenever things get tough, think of this forest. Every little step you take, even when it's hard, is getting you closer to your dream. So, keep moving, keep dreaming, and above all, keep believing that you can make it through. 

Because, as Bob Proctor said, if you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hand.

Dr. Joe Dispenza once shared something about diet that stuck with me. Sure, you can eat super healthy – go vegan, vegetarian, or whatever suits your fancy. But what we eat is just part of the health puzzle. 

Your past trauma, emotional pain, suppressed feelings bubbling under the surface - if those things aren't addressed, all the healthy eating and perfect sleeping routines can't really heal you. It's like trying to clean a wound on the surface while not treating the infection deep inside.

It's not about having a perfect diet or lifestyle. Yes, I go to the gym and eat healthy food, but I won’t lie - I love my burgers and pizzas, too! While I balance my gym routine and love for fast food, I've learned that true well-being goes beyond this. 

Being happy is healthy – for me, it's dancing and speaking, feeling that energy, growing, being surrounded by the right people, and staying positive.

So, if you're dealing with stress, trauma, toxic relationships – you name it – remember, your body feels everything and knows the truth. And you should listen to it and trust it. That's the key to transforming your life.

Let’s talk for a moment about my leap into social media. 

I was posting about this and that for some time until one video, where I was just dancing, started it all. Almost immediately after I hit 'upload' on TikTok – boom – things just exploded! After some time, a similar thing happened with another video of mine on Instagram. 

That one authentic moment just resonated big time. But here's the thing – it wasn't a one-off lucky shot. It was a direct result of my consistency in showing up and posting and my authenticity. 

Then I kept at it, sharing more of the real me – not just dancing, but talking about life, struggles, wins, you name it. Each post was a piece of my story, a beat of my heart. And people just got it - they saw themselves in my journey, in my unpolished, real moments. 

But don’t get me wrong, the journey wasn't always smooth. There were days I questioned if I was doing it right. But every time I shared something true, something raw, the response was undeniable. 

Being my true self not only helped me grow but also turned out to be like a magnet for people. 

Now, looking back, it's clear: Those early days of not chasing trends or likes but sharing my truth, that's what led to my social media explosion and consequently to more people who heard of me. This growth attracted more clients and fellow coaches who wanted to work with me.

So, whether it's TikTok, Instagram, or life in general, the real secret sauce is being unapologetically you.

Today, I'm super excited to share my chat with an extraordinary guest, Sabastian Enges, the CEO of Phoenix Consulting Group and a successful speaker. In this episode, we're going to take a deep dive into his unique journey.

Sabastian grew up in Seattle's Pacific Northwest, brought up by his single mom, and grew up with his little brother. He lost his mom at a young age. As the older brother, he had to take care of their modest finances.

Growing up, money was always tight. They were living just about at the poverty line, but Sabastian didn’t really feel like they were missing out on much. He didn't see many successful role models around him, but that only fueled his desire to succeed even more.

What really drives Sabastian is being an example of what's possible. He lives by the core values of truth, love, freedom, and community. He's really into the whole personal responsibility thing, convinced that it's always on us to find the way out of tough situations. 

Sabastian understands that many might not resonate with this message because it’s about stepping up and owning your actions. As he points out, most people live unconsciously, stuck in a repetitive cycle, almost like on autopilot.

So, his mission is to wake up those who are ready for it. His journey and insights are not just inspiring; they challenge us all to rethink our approach and face life head-on.

Life's pretty much like horseback riding. Sometimes, out of nowhere, you're thrown off. Suddenly, you're there on the ground, mouth full of dust, scratching your head about what just went down. One minute, everything's smooth sailing, and the next, everything's upside down. 

But here's the deal – getting thrown off isn't the end. It's actually this big chance to shake off the dust and hop right back on.

Take relationships, for instance. They need work. You've got to give time, attention, and care, like looking after a garden. If you stop, plants just wither away. It's the same with life. If you stop growing, stop trying, you kind of just stagnate.

And stagnation is not what we're here for.

The journey we're on, it's not a sprint but a marathon. It's not just about getting up; it's about keeping the momentum, growing, learning, changing. It's about looking at where you've been, the bottom, the past, and then breaking free from it.

You need direction, purpose, and, most importantly, consistency to keep pushing towards your goals.

Have you ever felt like you're just not enough? This feeling, believe it or not, often stems from our childhood. It’s all about the love we did or didn’t get – from our parents, friends, siblings.

Think about those times when attention, nurturing, and even simple conversations were rare. And how often were you told, “Be quiet. Speak only when you're spoken to”? It's like we were packed into an invisible box and told to stay there, silent.

This absence of love and voice leaves us feeling insecure. We end up craving validation from others, almost like a seal of approval that says, 'Yes, you’re good enough!' It's as if every 'thanks' or 'good job' from someone else is a tiny band-aid on a much deeper wound.

But here’s the catch – true transformation starts with looking back at your childhood. It's hard but necessary.

In one of the previous episodes, I said, 'You're an adult, but inside, you might still be that child.' Yes, we grow up, our bodies get bigger, but what about our emotions, our confidence, our inner power? If these don't mature, we're just grown-ups with unhealed childhood scars.

Ignoring our past, thinking it's just 'the past,' doesn’t cut it. It's there, in your head, living rent-free. To truly move forward, you need to face it, show it some love. When you start to love yourself, really fight for it, that’s when the healing starts.

Thinking of giving up? Trust me, I've been in your shoes. Once, while prepping for my first major event, I was swamped with self-doubt. The whole thing was overwhelming, making me question if it was too much for me.

This event was my big break, yet my fear of public speaking was holding me back. I kept imagining just packing up and going home. The thought of giving up seemed so much easier than facing my fears.

Because it was a massive leap out of my comfort zone. I had to organize, coordinate, and speak in front of a large audience. Quitting was an easy option. But guess what? I pushed through.

In those moments of doubt, I remembered why I started. It wasn't just about hosting an event, but proving to myself that I could push past my fears and succeed. Not because of what others expected, but for my own growth and satisfaction. 

And you know what? The event turned out to be a huge success. It wasn't just the applause or the positive feedback; it was my inner victory over my fears and coming out stronger on the other side.

How to Turn Your Toxic Past into a Peaceful Future #249

Imagine you're at the grocery store, checking out a batch of mixed berries - raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. There's one raspberry starting to spoil, and it’s affecting the others. 

This is a lot like our lives. Just like one bad fruit can spoil the rest, the people and environments we surround ourselves with can impact us in similar ways.

I was actually picking through these berries before this podcast, and it struck me how this is a perfect analogy for our lives. When one piece of fruit goes bad, it can spread to others, just like negativity or toxicity in one part of our life can spread to others. It's contagious. 

And even though some fruits might look good, they can be tainted by the bad ones they're close to. This is why it's crucial to be mindful of who we surround ourselves with. You might think someone is a good influence, but who are they hanging around with? Their negativity can infect them and, in turn, affect you. 

While picking the berries, I was careful not to choose ones too close to the spoiled ones. It's the same in life. Surround yourself with greatness, positivity, and inspiration, and be mindful of their circles, too, because it can impact you.

One thing that also matters a lot is being clear-headed and peaceful inside. Peace of mind isn't just something nice to have - it's something we should actively seek. It's key to making good choices in life and getting away from bad situations and people. 

It's a deliberate choice to look after our mental and emotional health. I always talk about being in charge of your own life and that we're not just shaped by our past, but we're also in charge of building our future. 

So, this episode is like a wake-up call for you to think about your choices and start healing your toxic past. Let's grow towards a peaceful future together.

Wake The Fuxk Up To Your Greatness! #244

You don't need special qualifications to overcome your pain. What you really need is a wake-up call, strong belief in yourself, and deep love for who you are. 

Often, we look for answers in the wrong places, thinking they lie outside of us. But in reality, they're actually deep within us. 

Seeking medical help, many are told they're depressed and need medication. This approach often overlooks the power of changing one’s environment or finding inspiration in other ways. If you repeat the same patterns, you'll likely feel the same. Change means breaking these cycles. 

Many of us have faced hardships - trauma, abuse, and other deeply painful experiences. And I don’t doubt professionals genuinely want to help with their advice. However, they have never walked in our shoes - so I don’t think they can fully understand us and how to heal our minds.

I've seen many clients who've been through years of therapy or medication, yet they find real, tangible change when they start learning to love themselves and by removing themselves from toxic environments.

It's about listening, taking action, and committing to change. Because things only change when you decide to change them.

I learned this the hard way. But I also learned one of the most significant lessons - that we have the power to change other people’s lives, inspire, and help them. However, to help others, you need to help yourself first. 

Recognize your power to change, to make decisions, to show up for yourself. That’s something society doesn’t teach us. It’s because the system is often flawed and doesn't necessarily want you to succeed. If it did, schools would teach you how to be truly successful.

For instance, we’re often sold a narrative focused on financial security, like saving for retirement, as it's all that matters. Get a job, save for your retirement, and that's your life sorted. 

But look at the great speaker, coach, and mentor Bob Proctor. He lived doing what he loved until his last days. That’s what they don’t teach us - to find happiness in what you do, not just waiting for retirement. 

This raises an essential question: What is your life's work? What are you passionate about? It's crucial to find and follow your passion.

Listen to this week's episode where I'll talk about how outside inspiration can spark your inner change and shape your path to success. I'll also talk about finding work you love, so retirement isn’t your end goal, but a continuation of a fulfilling life.
