Strengthening Family Connections - Interview with Lynn Jimenez
Lynn Jimenez, is a mental health therapist, yoga instructor, and most importantly, a MOM. As a clinician, she has specialized in the activation in the stress response system (to include concerns with managing everyday stress, as well as anxiety and trauma responses). She has worked in K-12 education; creating school based programs to teach kids social emotional skills (i.e. how to manage their feelings and how to relate to others).
Lynn has always been very curious, and an outside the box thinker. So as she learned new tools, she would bring them home and test them on her 3 boys. In short, she was BLOWN AWAY by the impact. So naturally, she wants to share them with others. As the founder of Connect.Flow.Grow, her goal is to give families the tools she has spent years learning and testing so they can experience the benefits by applying the tools in 30 minutes or less a week.
