How to make wellbeing a daily practice

How to facilitate learning
The European Solidarity Corps is an incredible opportunity for young people to demonstrate solidarity and develop new competences while helping to solve societal challenges. But in order to make that happen, we need to foster their sense of wonder and curiosity and to help them see their project as a wonderful learning journey. How can we offer young people the tools and the support to do so, this is what we will be trying to answer today!
Our guests are Anita Silva, a Portuguese creative trainer, college professor, consultant and… clown and Michael Kimmig, intercultural trainer and coach. Both have extensive experience in Non-Formal Education approaches in International Youth Work and created the online course “Youthpass Heart Corps. Guiding the Learning Journey”.
And, lucky us, we also have a great resource - Youthpass Heart Corps Online Course, the course that they have created and that they are delivering.
Here we have a direct link as well: https://hop.salto-youth.net/courses/YouthpassHeartCorps
This online course is for project organisers and learning facilitators of the European Solidarity Corps programme including youth workers, mentors, coaches and trainers as well as young people carrying out a Solidarity Project. Additionally, everyone who is interested in supporting learning processes is welcome to join in and explore the resources available.
The course includes nine modules that will be accessible on the HOP online learning platform. Each module will include various information and a practical activity that helps explore the module content. The online course will be facilitated. The facilitated period includes forum discussions and online meet-ups, in addition to the nine modules.
When does it start?

How to practice relaxation through autogenic training - part 1
Autogenic training (AT) is a technique that teaches your body to respond to your verbal commands. These commands "tell" your body to relax and help control breathing, blood pressure, heartbeat, and body temperature. The goal of AT is to achieve deep relaxation and reduce stress and it could be a great tool both for mentors and mentees to take care of themselves while managing their processes of learning and personal change.
