Flora is deeply connected to her Celtic ancestral roots, having been on the path as a practicing witch since her first full moon women's circle in 1993.

In this episode, I'll be I'll be talking with Lori Crawford.  Lori is a 3/5 Mental Projector with the RAX of Consciousness 3, need motivation and survival view. She is a new human mama, a fur mama, a foodie married to another foodie, a lover of dance and re-watching the same shows over and over again. Lori is a piece of mind to mentor and an embodiment guide.  She helps other humans navigate overwhelm so they can access more ease and choice in their day to day through improvisational comedy and various energetic modalities, allowing them to live life reconnected, to what and who matters most to them.  As a Mental Projector with outer authority, this means "I really could have anything imaginable and unimaginable to say in the moment, and that may or may not be insightful or entertaining."

1. Political and other institutionalized systems are perpetuated by keeping people insecure.
2. Disembodiment is essentially what white people inherit through whiteness, so be mindful of what practices you may be co-opting or appropriating to become embodied.
3. We all have a shit mountain inside of us that needs to be processed and not hoarded.
4. Each of us has our own microphone we just need an awareness around when to turn it up or off as everyone deserves to be heard, validated and nourished
5. For the Mental Projectors listening, make a practice of soundboarding even if you don't feel like there's any decisions you need to be making right now.
6. When it comes to money, be mindful of who you are exchanging with and ask yourself if their values match yours and are they recirculating that energy in the least problematic way.

In this episode, I'll be talking with Heather Webster.  Heather is a 4/6 Generator with the RAX of Service 2 and Artificial Shores Environment, which I think you'll really hear come out as she talks about nature and the joy of observing.  She is an educator, a health coach, mindful outdoor guide, and a lifelong learner. She supports women, as an insight coach, to live a fulfilling, healthy, radiant life that aligns with their purpose. Heather uses the holistic journey approach to look at the individual as a whole, so women can find radical self-love, self-confidence, and a stronger connection to their spirit and self to reach their wildest dreams and find joy in every day.  Heather is also the host of the saved by mother earth podcast.

1. God, the Universe, Spirit, whatever your name is for the Divine, it wants you to find happiness and joy, so allow yourself to dream.
2. It can be easier to tap into your intuition and receive insights while in nature, because you're tapping into all of your senses.
3. Allow those messages to come in without over analyzing them.
4. If you can't get outside, explore ways that you can bring nature inside and in that, bringing it inside, how can you engage all of your senses?
5. You can experience the benefits of the outdoors with as little as 15 minutes a day, but even 5 minutes counts.

In this solo episode we hear from Pam as she talks about the Human Design Emotional Solar Plexus, how it operates, and its purpose.

1. Emotional energy can be found in the emotional solar plexus of the human design chart and the configurations are defined undefined or open
2. For the defined person - become aware of your emotional wave by tracking it over time and learn to work with
3. For the undefined person become aware of which emotions are yours and which are not allowing those that aren't to flow
4. For the open person - one of your gifts is in the varied way that you experience and express emotions
5. Emotions are just energy, so it's okay to experience highs and lows as that's part of being human and part of the creative cycle

In this episode, I'll be talking with Marielle Honse. Marielle is a 4/6 "on the roof" Splenic Generator with the Right Angle Cross of Penetration 2. She has open Head and Identity/G Centres. She is a Human Design reader, coach and consultant, who is a very tangible thinker who likes to dive into almost any topic from an open mind, but a rebellious spirit.  Before the pandemic Marielle was all about making the right decisions to achieve that picture perfect life and 2020 was the catalyst she needed to lead her to Human Design, end a bad relationship, and get out of corporate.  Hear all about Marielle's experience of having an open Identity/G Centre and how the theme of beginning + ending cycles shows not only in her circuitry, but her lived experience.

Today, I'll be talking with Tricia Morrissey.  Tricia is a 6/2 "off the roof" Splenic Manifestor with the Left Angle Cross of The Alpha 1, Novice to Master trajectory, 4th House Sun in Leo, Taurus rising, and Gemini moon. Tricia is a spiritual practitioner working with the healing esoteric arts of astrology and tarot, a Reiki practitioner with specific interests in the chakras energetic emotional connections, and she has done a deep study in Psychology from Rutgers University College of Arts & Sciences Bachelors Program, as well as had training in faith and spiritual based counseling. Tricia's business is called Rooted in StarLight where she does consultations for natal chart, relationships, and current forecasts, as well as tarot readings.

1. We were seven centered beings for 70,000 plus years before evolving to the nine centers we see in the Human Design chart today
2. We evolved into the nine centered being in 1781 when the heart chakra and solar plexus chakras each split into two
3. This split has allowed us to self-actualize and move away from our job, being our identity and this is something we're still deconditioning from
4. The global cycles shift every 411 years, the last one being in 1615 and the next one coming in 2027
5. The collapse of systems will allow us to rebuild in a way that is sustainable, equitable, and supportive of everyone
