Being consistent with a tiny change each day will only move your forward to see a change in your life instead of being stuck in the same space. The last few weeks I have been trying to incorporate an earlier bedtime. Rather than saying to myself that I need to be in bed, lights out and eyes shut by a certain time, I have created a routine to get in bed just 30 minutes earlier than my normal 1130 to midnight time. By creating that one small change I found myself finally getting to my goal bedtime of 930PM! Just 30 minute increments each week got me there and whoa I feel amazing in the morning! Anxiety is real and it can affect all of us.  There is clinically diagnosed anxiety and there is anxiety that we all can develop through daily life stressors.  We all need to take time to slow down and create space for ourselves in order to reset and reconnect.  When life get's busy we tend to forget that we need to be kind to ourselves first before we try to share that kindness to others.  In this episode I talk about the importance of taking a pause and allowing ourselves to fill our cup up with self love and care first before trying to share with the world.  Taking a pause with just 3 breaths even offer a huge difference and may be all that you need to find calm in your life.
