Today, one of the critical challenges all across the board that pharma companies face is when sales reps knock on the doctor’s doors, doctors don’t have time. As a result, pharma companies cannot deliver the message and cannot positively influence physicians. So Makarand was able to spearhead and champion multiple digital initiatives that came in introducing new channels.

They could harness about 15 to 20% effectiveness and productivity for a $10 billion-plus company.

In the case of a nonprofit, one example is he could incorporate social media campaigns and digital marketing campaigns, and he was able to skyrocket the Facebook likes for that nonprofit that was hovering around a hundred or 200. And then, with the social media campaigns, Makarand was able to skyrocket to 11,000 plus.
