The Healing Collective is the mental health space that my business shares physical space with. They have in person, phone and video therapy sessions and offer sliding scale fees for those in need.

Toronto Yoga Co is the local yoga studio I spoke about. They are offering online content as well as outdoor classes on their newly renovated outdoor yoga deck. (so beautiful!)

The Pink Studio is the body positive fitness and dance studio I mentioned.  They are offering live streamed, in studio and outdoor classes.

She talks about her inspiration from her parents to do what you are passionate about and explains how her journey into the business world with tie dye started in the Kenzie Elizabeth ILYSM facebook group driven by the support of other members.  Lily explains how her OCD and anxiety affected her school experience growing up and how switching to a "hippie" school and other schools later on supported her personal development. She also talks about when her mother and family decided to start a non-profit program called the "South End Children's Cafe" in one of the most food insecure areas in Albany where her mother grew up. Lily also shares details about her experience as a TA for a college learning program in a local jail and shares her goals for Killadyes! Do whatever makes you happy!
