MamMaJ(ism) is a podcast meant to challenge you. Every podcast starts w/ a guided meditation to help get you in the right mindset so you can properly receive the information. Each episode will tackle a topic that hits close to home for me. I’m not licensed, I’m no expert but I do love to talk and learn. Because of this, I wanted to bring my experiences to you all and share the lessons I’ve learned. The (ism) is a movement of love and open conversations so let’s get into it, I love you!

Hello, my babies! This guided meditation is on coherent breathing. We started it last week and this week I give you a little more background as to where this technique originated from. The pod itself is all about how busy I am LOL. More importantly than that, I talk about how it's necessary to create a list of priorities. Creating a list of priorities can help you figure out which tasks need to get done first. Also, you spend your time productively when the said list is put to use! This doesn't mean that you have to be productive all the time, just know that if more productivity is a goal of yours this is a solid way to get started!

Keep that in mind because a lot of the self-work that is done here is exactly that...work! You will only receive what you put in the work to get. But don't worry I believe in you, if I can do it you certainly can.
