Advice from Dr. Narayan

Advice from Dr. Narayan

For this episode I spoke with Dr. Jasmine Narayan, a child psychologist, COO of CREATE Outcomes Psychological Services, and the author of the "Color with Me" book series.

We talked about stress coping techniques for children and parents, and how parents can help their child(ren) manage the struggles of living and going to school during a pandemic.

For more information about Dr. Narayan's practice, go to createoutcomes.com or check out their Instagram @createoutcomes.
Dr. Narayan is also available on twitter @DrJNarayan

Please note that this podcast episode is not a replacement for a professional therapy session. And although Dr. Narayan is a licensed professional, the statements she made in this episode are general advice and suggestions.  If you, or someone you know, is in need of extra help with mental health and other stress-related issues, please reach out to a therapist near you.

I found Dr. Narayan  via psychologytoday.com which is a database of therapists around the country.
