Is the Happiness Hypothesis Real?

Is the Happiness Hypothesis Real?

Today, I'm evaluating the merit of the Happiness Hypothesis by Johnathan Haidt. This was a heavy book but it had many fantastic point and I'm glad I read it! It offers a fool-proof path to happiness through ideas posed by psychologists, philosophers, and ancient texts!

The Happiness Hypothesis may have a few holes though....

Thanks for listening!

Law of Attraction: How It Changed My Life

If you feel like you can't accomplish your goals, get what you want, and enact change in your life, try the Law of Attraction! It takes times, believing in yourself, and believing it is easy, but you can very easily get everything you want fast. I was stuck for so long and now I'm finally reaching my true potential and finding my purpose!

Just Mercy and BLM! (all proceeds of all my episodes donated; it's free to listen!)

If you listen to any episodes of my podcast, I'm donating all my proceeds to the Innocence Project (the black vision collective doesn't need donations anymore so i'll be donating to whatever organization needs money!)! All the money I've made since starting my podcast and will make is all going to them as well!

Thank you all for listening. After watching Just Mercy I got a wake up call about a lot of ideas related to the BLM movement, including the lengths for justice, what defunding the police really means, and the difference that having resources does.

If I say anything politically incorrect OR ignorant, please let me know. I am learning everyday but I cannot learn without making mistakes. I try to be as educated as possible but if I say something wrong please dm me on instagram at womanjari or on my youtube channel which is Manjari G! I really appreciate it

Episode Twenty Two: How Did Charli D'Amelio Get to Where She Is Today?

As one of the few people not on TikTok, I was amazed when I saw someone's Youtube Channel with nearly 2 million subscribers but only five inconsistent videos. I then did a little more research and found out that Charli D'Amelio, only 15, managed to rise to go from being an ordinary teenager to now traveling around the world by herself, attending events like Fashion Week and dancing with Jennifer Lopez. Listen to me gawk at how one person can get all this in just a year and a half!
